“Another brilliant trip aboard the Luciole. Home from home with a friendly and professional crew who go above and beyond what is expected. Really enjoyed learning about the local culture and history with a knowledgeable tour guide on a range of day trips including wine tasting and visits to Vezelay Abbey and Noyers medieval market town. The food provided by the on-board chef was delicious, as were the local wines and cheeses. A great way to see a beautiful area of France. Would highly recommend.”

“Thank you African Mecca. We had a fantastic two weeks in Rwanda and Uganda. I did not know what to expect and were a bit worried about the safety and quality standards in Uganda. You have assured us and answered to our questions quickly and in detail. You attendance to detail and quick response quickly assured us that we were in safe hands. We met lovely people and everything went smoothly. The places you recommended and arranged for us were fantastic, tough we would not recommend Habituation experience to people unless they are very very fit and looking for wilderness experience with risk of not seeing the animals. What beautiful countries with rolling green hills, happy people and beautiful animals. Ruzzizi Tented Lodge in Akagera was like heaven. Sabyinyo in Volcanoes Park, offered a glimpse of a different era with fantastic views of 5 volcanoes. Ishahsha Wilderness Camp in Queen Elizabeth park gave us the real feeling of wilderness by hearing the Buffaloes munching around our tent during the night. Crater Safari Lodge had breath taking views of the lake which we could not forget. I am missing Africa. My mind is still there.”

The destinations and excursions were spectacular; every member of staff was incredible, from the friendly hotel, bar and waiters, to the expert discovery team. Scenic Eclipse II was stunning and has absolutely everything you could ask for - our food on board was outstanding and the array of dining venues provided an amazing variety of options and styles to enjoy each day – Night Market was a particular highlight and something I’ll never forget. “Tramways is an amazing place took me in at one of my lowest points of my life and couldn't of made me feel anymore safe and comfortable saying tramways is CLEAN is a massive understatement you can smell the disinfectant and cleaning products every morning (very pleasant I may add) you see the cleaners working very hard most days under constant supervision from management rooms are comfortable warm and everything you would need and want any complaints are dealt with immediately and respectfully the cleaning and washing amenities are bang on and very timely no messing around and always have your stuff sorted and treated with respect they allow you to cook in there always immaculate kitchen until 11pm which is very fair you will always be treated with respect and genuine love from the amazing family running tramways I have loved my stay here and I won't ever forget being here and lift up this place has given me always be in my heart you couldn't ask for better place give me tramways over hilton any day purely on the fact people here are amazing so from the bottom of my heart I thank you for being there and treating me with the upmost respect and treating me so kindly thank Sonia nikki Mike Jeremy and even you shak you are amazing and kind people and the world needs more people like you it would certainly make it a better place and I will never forget what you all have done for me my appreciation couldn't be measured and I will always have nothing but great things to say about you all THANK YOU much love John barnes room 7 hermiones handbag nothing but the best of luck and good things in the future amazing people be proud of the amazing people you employ and please never stop doing what you do it makes a impact more than you will ever know and think”
