    > We were not guests at this hotel—we just came here for dinner—but we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, and the food was delicious. Santhy looked after our table and provided amazing service

Stayed for one night for easy access to the airport and would happily stay again. Had the meal deal - excellent value for money, plenty of choice and nice food for both dinner and breakfast. Room a spacious, comfy bed, good shower - what more do you need? Car parking cost was reasonable for location but the best bit as the service. Staff were friendly and the young woman on reception was amazing.

While the hotel website states that the reception team will help with getting a shuttle bus from Manchester Airport to the hotel, on calling them they said they do not actually offer this, which is a shame. Logistics aside, the hotel could perhaps do with a slight bit of TLC - the room aircon wasn't working particularly well making it quite cold, and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied before arrival. Fortunately all was rescued by the food offerings. Breakfast was top notch, eggs as you want them, plus a good selection of hot and cold food. Dinner was equally enjoyable, and the new winter additions including the lotus and white chocolate sundae have to be tried.

Typical Premier inn Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean throughout, cold breakfast. (Although the porridge was very nice). Great location for Manchester airport. Evening meal (part of the meal deal) was good.

Overall had a nice stay at Premier Inn Manchester Airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. The only downsides were the toilet tank water leaking and the car park charges being quite high (£14). Apart from that, it was a good experience and very convenient for the airport.

With the exception of the staff who were great, this is by far the worst premier inn that I have stayed in, so glad it was just one night. The first room we were given had faulty electrics, the light flickering and the key card wouldn't work. The second room had a broken towel rail and a toilet that wouldn't flush, kept having to go to the foyer toilets. On a brighter note, the evening meal was really nice, but the breakfast was a disappointment, not much choice and no tongs were supplied for the bread and baked goods, watching people picking stuff up with their fingers is not appealing or hygienic. Apparently this one is having a much needed upgrade in March but I'll not stay here again, better to spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

Myself and my son spent night for airport access, staff were helpful and friendly. I'd not shuttled before to the airport so was a little wary but they booked us and told us where to wait etc, we got there early but they checked us in no problem. Shout out to Mark in the restaurant who went beyond to make us feel welcome. Lisa

Great rooms, decent size. Everything you need. Bathrooms are tired to be honest and the bathroom floor needs changed, it was old vinyl and bubbled causing it to raise in areas. The restaurant staff at dinner were extremely friendly and good service. The food was exceptional.

Run down under staffed, 1 person running round for breakfast when the place was full and not able to cope which wasn't his fault, not enough food out and tables not cleaned for others to dine. Furniture tatty and worn. Bedrooms are clean and better quality than the main areas.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Only stayed for 1 night for access to the airport but was ideal. Shame that parking is not included in the price (£10 per night), it would make it all lot more attractive to people. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed on the top floor so we thought it would be quite but we still had people getting to their rooms about 2am shouting, laughing and banging doors with no thought to others having to get up early.
