   The house was lovely and very clean. We had a really positive experience during our viewing. Korell Llaudes showed us around. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable.    Amazing service from a great estate agency in Fallowfield, Manchester. The agency has helped me massively by managing my student HMO properties with care and expertise. They ensure that all compliance and maintenance is conducted in a timely manner and their communication is fantastic. Being a former student at the University of Manchester, great agencies like Thornley Groves are pivotal to providing students at the University with great accommodation, while they conduct their studies. Big thanks to Jess Nunn who has been my main point of contact in the agency and does a fantastic job overseeing all aspects, including arranging new tenancies, advising on new properties coming to the sales market, and providing valuable advice. Also a big thanks to Nina Namvar who has assisted me with HMO compliance, liaising with the council regarding license issues and overseeing the continued business terms of service in the agency. Overall highly recommend Thornley Groves in Fallowfield for all of your property needs. A+++

   I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Thornley Groves is a JOKE! We have had multiple issues with our house since moving in, I would list them all however it would take me hours. 1. There was an electrical fault with our oven which was tripping the whole of the downstairs electric, this left us without an oven for over a week. Thornley Groves specifically Mia Hanlon, failed to follow this up for over a week and told us just to flick a switch on the fuse box. 2. Our freezer completely deforested all our food due to this electrical fault and Thornley Groves are saying they will not give compensation for this. The freezer now keeps freezing and defrosting which we have reported and they keep telling us it is fine. 3. One of the blinds in one of the rooms is broken and 3 people have been to measure them however we have now been asked to measure them ourselves, what’s the point of sending multiple people out to measure them if we are now being told to do it ourselves? 4.The ignition to two of the hobs do not work which we have been told we will have to just light with a match because the landlord does not want to pay for it to be fixed. There are multiple other issues that I could talk about. Trying to communicate with Thornley Groves is basically pointless, you will get an unbothered and irrelevant response or not be responded to at all. Do not give your money to these scamming people.

   The most unprofessional and rude company. Had a horrible experience as a student house, with no maintenance sorted within our 3 month so far tenancy, no answered calls or contact from our property manager. Our house was dirty from move in and hasn’t got a working toilet or shower and is not secure leading to a break in. Don’t rent through them.

   Homes4u would always handle my concerns and take them seriously. Now, with Thornley groves..they are just absolutely pathetic..soo low thinking,disrespectful,rude and soo arrogant that I asked them to evict me..its unbelievable and beyond inhumane how they treat their tenants.soo bloody unprofessional.such a pity!!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole process with thornley groves has been stressful, when we moved in it was not to a clean standard and we had to deep clean the house. Then when moving out they had the cheek to try and make us pay almost 300 for cleaning when we cleaned before we left and to a better standard than what we moved into, which was proven when after going through an appeal process it was reduced by 78%. Plus whenever trying to deal with thornely groves they were absolutely terrible we were left without a working toilet for a week and they were thoroughly rude when trying to sort things out. I would not recommend!!
