“The hosts were genuinely lovely, and the apartment upon arrival was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. I felt very comfortable staying here for the duration I did, it felt like a home from home! It had everything I needed, shops and any amenities were close by and I felt very safe as it's situated in a lovely area and tucked away from open spaces. There's a lovely little balcony looking out to the front and its very cosy with lots of space in the rooms and a very nice walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom! The rooms are also lovely and bright. I would definitely stay here again, thank you for making my stay so comfortable and relaxing, i would definitely recommend, and especially if you're looking for that homely cosy vibe with a safe feel to it, it's a lovely apartment. Thanks for going the extra mile and making us feel so welcome!”

From the first meeting with Andrew to every contact with all the team you know you have made the right choice and you are in safe hands. The team are professional, efficient and informative. We imagined things were going to be very stressful due to selling two houses at the same time. However, the team took all the stress out of it. What I would also add is Andrew at AKS recommended we list one of the houses at a much higher price than two other estate agents we had consulted, had already advised.
