   I just made my one year anniversary here!!! The first year was a horror story DUE TO THE FACTOR OF THE OLD LEASING AGENCY. We now have a brand new Leasing Agency on site and they have more than made up for the last year in just one month's time. WE NOW HAVE TWO MAINTENANCE MEN ON SITE AT ALL TIMES--tickets are completed within 24 hours--they will stop what they are doing to come simply replace a regular light bulb for me as I have 10 herniated discs and cannot climb ladders anymore. WE NOW HAVE A COURTESY OFFICER ON SITE. They just finished replacing the ENTIRE Boiler system so it supports the entire complex now. I JUST RENEWED MY LEASE. I can go to the office and hang out with Denise on the weekends and she gives me cookies/soda. It's like having a BFF. Tony and Sammy are awesome when they come service my apartment. Both of them are respectful, polite and totally understand me being skittish around men because of my former spouse. They are very careful to move slowly and not startle or scare me. It's like having TWO BIG BROTHERS. Patsy is the Bomb Diggity as the Leasing Manager. She treats me as a person and not just an amount of money every month. WE NOW HAVE CAMERAS THRU OUT THE COMPLEX!!!!! I won't lie..........I was ready to move out but in one month's time; they made a shining example of what GOOD PEOPLE CAN DO once God brings them to you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!

   I've recently come to the end of a 2 year reservation at Bay Tree's Larges Street property after being moved to Derby for a work project... I can't recommend them enough, both the team and the property are top class! After viewing all other serviced apartments in Derby, I went with a top floor apartment at Larges Street. Out of all of the viewings, the Larges Street apartments were furnished/equipped to the highest standard by far. They were also in the best location for walking into town/running routes up to the different parks, and for avoiding traffic on the main routes to Rolls Royce. They were quick to furnish the apartment with a work desk when needed, and also a bigger TV for the duration of my stay from October 2018 to October 2020. In particular, Martina was brilliant throughout my stay, especially during lock down. Anything I needed was sorted within the day whether it was a weekday or weekends; parcels were always taken in for me if I was out; and the housekeeping team were also great, especially as they're in-house employees, being the same reliable and flexible staff every week. The only very-minor downside is that there is no elevator, which for me wasn't really an issue, but may be a problem for others. However I know the ground floor apartments are equally well furnished and quiet, especially on the courtyard side.

   Rightmove removals & man with van service are used a lot in this complex, the prices are very reasonable and fully insured Supporting the Childrens Air Ambulance, every job and reviews they gift 50p each time. Help rightmove-removals.co.uk support this great charity

   If you are planning to stay in Derby for more than a week, this is the best place. City centre is walkable and you get range of restaurants which serve you variety of food choices. Facility is too good for the price. Staff are Also very friendly.
