   Having been "sold" for a good proportion of 2025, we have recently been able to conclude the sale of our property. During that time we have felt totally supported by BBJ. Right from Anthony visiting our property for valuation and sales advice, to Tracey progressing the sale, we have felt totally supported and part of the team. We found communication excellent, whether by email or phone, which has been extremely valuable. The last time we moved house we used BBJ and were very happy with the service they provided. As a consequence, we had every intention of making use of their services again. We have not been disappointed!

   5 stars! Boxall Brown and Jones in Derby were the estate agents dealing with the sale of the house we have just bought, the purchase itself was frought with issues and delays from a third party, but Claire was an absolute star, she was on top of everything the moment it hit her desk. I can't say a bad word about how Claire and her colleagues handled this, thanks so much for solving the problems that weren't yours to solve!    I can’t say enough good things about the experience I’ve had from Boxall, Brown and Jones in selling my dad’s flat. They have been incredibly professional, supportive and approachable from the initial valuation and invaluable advice I was given when putting the flat on the market to the excellent communication all the way through the sale until we finally completed today. Claire has helped me find an excellent solicitor for the conveyance, a great firm to help me clear dad’s flat and has been brilliant at keeping me informed of our buyer’s situation and liaising between me and them. She is extremely professional (always promptly replying to emails and phone calls) but is also a very warm and friendly person who puts you at ease and never makes you feel you’re asking daft questions throughout what could have been a very difficult and stressful situation. I am very grateful for Claire’s help and support and for that of the firm in general. Thank you all very much.

   Requiring a survey on a substantial property, we were fortunate enough to work with Rob Jones, one of the firm's partners. It was an all-round top drawer experience. Communicative, consistently professional, reliable and helpful are adjectives which all leap to mind. Where anything was unclear, Rob kindly took the time to explain any technical detail in a way in which we could understand, allowing us to make a life-changing informed decision. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like we were not being rushed and a genuine care to help us. It was a pleasure to work with somebody where there is clearly pride and pedigree in their profession, and based on this experience we would not hesitate to recommend.

   We used BBJ to sell our first home, so when we decided to sell our current home there was no question which estate agent we were going to use. We had Anthony come and value the house and take photos, in a few days it was live on the website and rightmove. Tracey has been our main point of contact and what an absolute pleasure it's been. We couldn't of asked any more of her she is brilliant at her job. She has a very friendly approach and keeps constant communication which ensures everything is as smooth and efficient as it can be.    We recently used BB&J for starting a new tenancy and have had a great experience so far. Staff are always helpful and polite on the phone and kept me up to date with our application. Katie has been dealing with our tenancy and she has been great, she is efficient and quick to respond to emails whether its paperwork, answering our questions or contacting the landlord. We would definitely recommend using BB&J
