   recently attended my first antique fair here, and it was a wonderful experience. The event was beautifully organized, with everything set up neatly and plenty of space to browse without feeling crowded. I really enjoyed exploring the unique items and the relaxing atmosphere.

   Stayed one night for business whist in the area. Lovely old building. Room was good, a bit dated.ajd dark but spotlessly clean, comfy bed with lovely pillows. Fast WiFi but the desk area was a little small. Good bathroom, again spotlessly clean. Had an early start so can't comment on breakfast but my evening meal was lovely and came out really quickly. I'd have no hesitation staying again if I needed to.

   Room was ok, shower was a bit stiff. Ok price for the room. Breakfast was good except no fruit which was strange (there were fruit juices). The lady did go and find my son some fruit yesterday without fuss but it did seem a strange request. Reception very friendly. Ask for a ground floor room if you struggle with stairs as ther is no guest lift (there is a service lift).

   Late booking made for the same day. Friendly staff who are polite and helpful. Loads of parking. Rooms have what you need. Beautiful dining area and a really interesting building. If I was in the area again I would definitely use

   The hotel isn’t too far from the train station/centre of town so location wise it’s pretty handy. The rooms are decent with spacious bathrooms and clean. They have fans, iron/ironing board inside and kettles with coffee/tea. They host weddings and events here, it would be nice to be informed as a hotel guest when they are taking place so that you don’t drive in and get blocked by cones, disrupting the wedding party. (they pick and choose when to close the side gates, at various times of the day they are closed) Booking.com shows that they provide housekeeping daily but there’s a letter in the room saying this is no longer provided, quite unexpected for a hotel that allows bookings longer than a day or two.

   A lovely venue & great disco...Real party atmosphere & beautiful Dec's & table settings The meal was a little disappointing...Turkey & beef was turkey roll with stuffing & beef looked like a burger? Dessert of pavlova was nice. However having said that tickets were only £30 so ....& had a great time.

   Went for a works reunion. Nice location, drinks prices reasonable for the location and venue. Lovely building, years ago when I worked for the railway, it was the industry"s training centre.And in the past have attended courses there. It has had to remodel it's business model, and now is a conference centre, accomodation and wedding venue. Nice to see a magnificent building adapt to the new era.
