   We stayed here for one night on our way up to North Yorkshire We had the pig sty room which was extremely clean comfortable and well equipped. There is a pub restaurant called the falcon Inn which is literally a few minutes walk down the road. I met Liz the host of the forge guest rooms while i was loading the car just before we left and found her to be very pleasant and could not do enough for us.

   Me and my boyfriend have stayed in the Pig Sty and The Smithy now and both times have been perfect. The rooms are stunning, clean and equipped with everything you need, attention to detail is adorable (bottles of milk, orange juice, eggs, jars of jam etc) hot tub was amazing, beds are ridiculously comfy. Would recommend to everyone x

   Beautiful B&B the room was very clean and spacious! Although we didnt personally meet the guests they were very polite (over phone), the hot tub and the breakfast bar was a massive bonus! 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back :) Thank you!

   Clean, well presented rooms. Amazing hospitality. Could not fault it at all. Value for money. Me, husband and 2 boys (age 7 & 4) went for the weekend. Felt like 2nd home. Hot tub was the highlight! Definately going again.

   We stayed here Saturday 23.7.22 for our 17th Wedding Anniversary. The room was clean and very well presented. The breakfast was so tasty too and i loved the bread. The location is so quaint with a lot of local history. We will definitely return.

   Definitely recommend! Liz was a lovely host, very welcoming and super kind! Room is kitted with anything you might need and the bed is very comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the hot tub is 10/10! Me and my wife had a lovely stay, we will be going back for sure! :D
