We have lived in our home for a year and a half and I must say Leah Bostock has been amazing throughout. I have emailed and called her if there has been any issues and straight away she gets these resolved the same day. She is friendly and very approachable and honestly I can’t fault her in anyway. 10/10!!
The current rental market can present a variety of challenges for both landlords and tenants. Amelia Taylor at Leaders Derby has always gone above and beyond to keep us up to date with any issues regarding the property they manage for us. Because i run a couple of businesses full time, it is always reassuring to know that someone else is taking care of important things like rent collection, landlords electrical and gas certification and also flagging up any maintenance issues that may arise. Amelia has always been 1st class and very diligently keeps us up to date at all times. Highly recommended!
Big thanks to Jade Mountney who was the property manager of the property I lived in. She was always super responsive and supportive when any issues were reported. It is not common nowadays that tenants are treated as human beings, but you really feel Jade looks after everyone who rents from Leaders.
My partner rents a property via Leaders. Recently my partners boiler stopped working and due to work patterns my partner was unable to call Leaders. I called them and Faye was brilliant, she arranged for an emergency plumber to come to the property (Owen) who was also amazing. Within 10 minutes my partner had hot water and heating again. Very polite, professional and took the issue on board and resolved it within 24 hours with no fuss. Thank you both Faye and Owen you are both absolutely stars x
Isn’t worth wasting your money. I am self managing now which is a lot better. Better to take the headache yourself than pay them so much a month to really do nothing. Any email they got from the tenant they forward on to me anyway. I paid them so much to just collect rent. Even tenant wasn’t happy with them and said I’m happy to pay you the rent direct but we couldn’t get rid of leaders until he left. Will never give my property to an estate agency again.
The service from Leaders has improved quantum leaps since Sophie Morris took over as my property manager. I always know that whatever I send to Sophie, it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Keep up the great work, Sophie.
Carol Smith is one of the best property manager I have ever known. She is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding beyond everything. Great person I would say as well because her way of communicating was one to make you feel you are heard and always trying her best to help and solve the things we asked for. Thank you Carol !
Leaders is great when closing the deal and getting you into a property. In fact, I’m renting my dream property now! However, their property management division leaves a lot to be desired. I reported an issue as soon as I moved in to the house and nearly 5 months later, the evasive property management team fails to communicate on the matter or rectify it. Additionally, I have called this branch on a number of occasions over the course of the 5 months and my phone call has only been answered once. Why bother having phone lines? My recommendation is to only ever rent through Leaders as long as they are not managing the property on the landlord’s behalf. I had a much better experience through Leaders’ other branches in the South.
Excellent service during my 3 year tenancy..especially from my property manger, Gina Sloman. My home felt like my property and everything I needed was provided..no issues at all. Thanks Derby Pride Park Team.. if I ever I need to rent again...Leaders will be my first choice!
