Selling process dealt with effectively and efficiently but don’t expect to complete quickly, especially if you use their solicitor. A simple sale ; a flat to a first time buyer has taken from August to now and we’re still waiting to complete. They don’t ring us so we started calling Hannells (Alvaston) and Flint Bishop weekly ( or more often) but it seems to have no effect in speeding up the sale. SO frustrating and the reason we chose not to use Hannells ( Allestree) to sell another property.
