Actually, I am speechless about this place. It's really amazing with all aspects, the apartment size, cleaning, and it's strategic location. They also provide all the requirements and offer a weekly cleaning of the apartment. They treat their clients with all respects and morals. Thanks for all the efforts.
Horrible experience, even when I have already paid, they didn’t send a confirmation email with all the booking details. When at the apartment, oven wasn’t working, one sink had a leak and to finish the experience they blamed myself of breaking a table which I didn’t do it. Their process is not transparent, I live for almost 2 years in the UK AND I wouldn’t recommend staying with them as there are much better options to stay.
Lovely apartment.Clean and location was on point.. The amenities were not only as advertised, the digs were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed at hilltop for a mid week-weekend at the end of July. The staff are responsive with enquiries and the flat was very clean, spacious and convenient. There was underground parking which added a lot of security. There is also a co-op less than a minute away which was great. Will definitely be my go to place whenever I am staying in Manchester.
I can't speak highly enough of Hilltop Serviced Apartments. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We stayed for over 6 weeks, having to extend our stay twice because of issues with our new property. They couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful in such a stressful time. The apartment was very good value for such a central location but still on a quiet street for working. Communication was brilliant. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Manchester.
Absolutely great apartment. Staying in Manchester for medical treatment. Fractured my ankle in January, the staff in all honesty are a pleasure to meet and have really helped me. The apartment has everything a person needs, clean, quiet with ample parking in the basement. Excellent security on the main entry door and car park. Shops are close by with the city centre a 10 minute walk.
Honestly, this place was fantastic - i stayed here for just over a week on business - the first thing that struck me was how clean the property was and also the size of it. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook food, the bathroom had toiletries, and the bed was super comfy - even had a balcony. Couldn't believe it for the price really to say it was central Manchester. The staff were also massively accomodating, any query i had they were more than happy to sort. I will definitely be returning here when i next go to Manchester with work.
Hilltop Serviced Apartments Halo House is a fantastic property located only minutes' walk from Manchester city centre. Extremely convenient road access with secure parking. The apartments themselves are finished to the highest standard and offer the corresponding comfort and convenience. You have everything you need and all appliances are in good working order and easy to operate. The accommodation is absolutely faultless and beautifully clean. Straightforward access, perfect location, complete comfort, and brilliantly responsive and friendly support should that be required. Our stay in Manchester could not have been better. 100%.
