    My partner had a thorough eye pressure check & whilst he was happy with the process he was sent home with yellow drops stain all round his eyes & in. Why were his eyes not rinsed with saline or harmless solution to ease them? I myself have similar checks at my opticians & they always rinse the yellow solution out afterwards. I had to put my contac lens solution in his eyes at home. 2 buses he had to get home from your place in that blurry stingy state! Poor client care in my opinion.

    Lovely place helpful staff apart from the Swedish guy. Needs to be a bit more kind until of telling patient it's an age thing. He should take a leaf out of the first woman who greets you at reception and the first young guy who explains everything.

    The i2 Office in Reading is very modern, stylish, bright and with great facilities. The public areas are very tidy and spotless. The office is also well located. Close to Reading town centre and to the M4. Green Park is a lovely area. Great to have a break at any time from your computer. I am always happy to have lunch outside as soon as sunny. The staff are great. Absolutely professional and very helpful. They are available all the time and always smiling. It is a pleasure to walk in. Hot drinks are very good. For sure better quality than other places and also free. I honestly recommend i2 at Green Park!

    The i2 Office in Reading is a lovely modern building with great facilities. The staff are very helpful and professional when greeting our guests and are always on hand if we need any help or assistant with anything at all. The building and shared space is always very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The office is also conveniently located close to the M4 and a short drive from Reading town centre and train station. It's a lovely office to work in!
