   I stayed at Ivory Lodge, it was one of the best stays away from home I have had so far! Instructions were very clear, the house was very beautiful and very clean. Great location with off road parking spaces. The communication when I needed assistance with very quick and efficient. I really recommend!

   Seven of us stayed at 1 Stanley Grove, Reading. It is a beautiful house inside and would be in the top three houses I have rented through Airbnb and Booking.com. Three of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms were very comfortable. The fittings are all very modern. The location, thought not in the prettiest part of town, is walking distance to most areas of the town. I would not hesitate recommending the house to others.

   Stayed at Laurel House in the Premium 1 Bedroom apartment, the accommodation as well as the communal area were spotlessly clean. The apartment was finished to a very high standard and had all of the utensils & equipment you would need to make your stay very comfortable. They even include a bowl of sweets and packs of biscuits as well as essentials such as milk, tea, coffee & cereals. The apartment also had an off-road parking space which was brilliant as parking in the area is very limited and roads are narrow so gave peace of mind that our car was parked safely. Booking process was very simple and I was also able to speak to a very helpful person who assisted with our requests and answered our questions. Location is perfect for the Reading Rep Theatre which is just a 5 minute walk away and the University too, there is also a decent pub at the top of the road and shops and cafes within a few minutes walk too. I would highly recommend Laurel House and Kennet Serviced Apartments efficient and professional service.

   Advertised as having a patio & garden view. Didn't have either. When I raised with this with staff they initially told me they didn't have any rooms matching those details before backtracking when I provided proof of what they advertised and telling me that I was in the right room. Bed was awful. Lighting make it feel like a laboratory. Music blaring from neighbouring rooms/houses from 6am & until 11pm.

   Such professional staff and a very comfortable apartment. A dedicated WhatsApp to assist with any issues. The water got cold and someone was out straight away. The apartment is comfortable, the beds are perfect. Lovely white fluffy towels and crisp white sheets. The showers were both lovely. My family and I really enjoyed spending Christmas in Reading in the Malthouse Apartments. Thank you Kennet for being perfect.

   Lovely well equipped apartment. Clean, very comfy bed, good showers, lovely white towels and bedding. Can be noisy but keeping windows closed cuts out the noise. Close to town centre .
