   I've seen multiple forms of evidence from Richard McCarthy of McCarthy properties. Being a bully and threatening violence.not taking care of of repairs and upkeep of the properties and appears very much like a mobster. I've seen multiple occasions from four ex tenants where he has intimidated and caused great distress in time of repairs needing completing including no hard water or heating during the winter period. Dangerous and unsafe failed repairs left uncompleted leaving young and old tennents at great risk of injury or death. Possible illegal energy bypassing caused by McCarthy properties. A terrible service from this agency throughout the whole company. For your own safety, do you not use them
