   Had the best experience letting a room with Snug - very glad I chose a Snug home! Room was modern and well kept, with communal areas regularly cleaned. Maintenance was quickly looked at and fixed and Snug were responsive to any issues or questions. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother time! Loved that the house had plenty of parking and was in a safe, quiet area.

   All rooms are really good and well maintained. Cleanliness is at top and the maintenance team concept is really good. Common areas like Kitchen, living room and gardens are reviewed periodically. Communication and notification are done by the online apps which made the contact easier. I could park my car in the house parking area along with two other house mate cars. Really it’s been a good move and enjoying the stay

   I am a lady in her 30s who is a working professional and was looking to find a house share very quickly due to personal circumstances. I wanted a straightforward and easy process, but braced myself for the minefield of trying to find the right place! I was so relieved when I found Snug as they have really thought about how to make renting so much easier and nicer for renters. Whether it be ample kitchen amenities (fridge space, dishwasher), communal spaces so you can interact with other housemates, plenty of bathrooms, community events so you can get to know other housemates at other properties or just making the admin side of things really easy, quick and straightforward - I even had a lovely welcome pack when I arrived with lots of goodies including a well needed "just moved in" needed coffee! The whole experience has been super easy and really personalised to make you feel welcomed into your new home. Really responsive when contacted, always helpful and everyone is so friendly, it just feels like you are staying at a mates place for a bit! Would thoroughly recommend :-)

   If you are looking for a place in Reading to move into, rent with other likemind individuals then Snug could be the perfect fit for you. Moving during the pandemic was not my original plan but they made it effortless, easy and guide you through the whole process from start to finsh (Even a nice touch with the welcoming sweets). They are friendly, welcoming and always available to contact should you need it. Their houses, just like the one I am in are all fully furnished (Pots, Pans and cultery included) and also come with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryers! The best house sharing experience so far :) Update: I thought it only fair to share an updated review a year after I moved in. I have just recently moved out and I agree with my original review. The professionalism and renting experience you get from Snug should be the gold standard across the board. Highly recommend!

   I have thoroughly enjoyed being a snug housemate. The whole snug team are professional, responsive, personable and just so friendly and supportive. The house was always clean, warm and modern in its furnishings. The team generally went above and beyond with reponsive call out times for any issues and lots of initiatives they drove during lockdown to support housemates but outside of lockdown too trying to build and connect the wider snug community. Will genuinely miss being a snugger - was very happy here and is a time in my life I will look back on fondly. Can't recommend enough for anyone wanting to rent.

   Looking for a place to stay during the pandemic is stressful enough, and I am absolutely thrilled to have found Snug! They are responsive, friendly, and very trustworthy. My stay in one of their houses has been very comfortable, clean and easy. I enjoyed the little touches of thoughtfulness throughout whether in regards of facilities or during festive times. Definitely my go-to agency if I am to be in Reading again!

   Easily the best houseshare experience I've had, really professional agency who are there 24/7 to look after their tenants. Friendly and welcoming, they really take the time to get to know their housemates and match potential housemates accordingly meaning my two years in a Snug home were two of the best! I've made friends for life living there, and it's all because of Snug :)
