We recently used Fountain House for a week-long training course. The facilities were excellent and Gemma and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the week.
Fountain House offers some very good services, vital to Reading's local economy. Despite it being noticeable from a distance, it does not have any advertisement. Some of the floors are vacant, indicating that some advertisement will go a long way. The receptionist, Wendy, is super helpful and very kind. She goes above and beyond to help others, and to make anyone visiting Fountain House feel at ease, ensuring that the Fountain House experience is at its best.
Great Central location and short distance to Railway Station and has a multistorey carpark next to site. Fantastic staff to welcome and support with all business needs
Unless you know exactly where you need to go, you won't find this place. Been in Reading for 10 years now and never knew about this building until necessary. Other than that, decent building with reception.

Nick and Alex, and all the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Professional and personal service. Really couldn't fault the service and supportive during the covid pandemic. Enjoyed the inter-company events from sweepstakes to bowling. And good views of Reading too!
One lift been out of service since october, the others keep braking all the time...
