   I have been staying at this serviced apartment since 2020, and it has truly become my first choice whenever I visit the UK. Whether it’s a short or long stay, I always return because the experience is consistently exceptional. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town, just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, with everything you might need close by. The apartment itself feels like a real home: spotless, fully equipped, and designed for both comfort and convenience. It’s also very family-friendly, safe, and cosy, making it a great option when travelling with kids. What really sets this place apart, however, is the team. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Laura, the Sales Manager, along with the rest of the team, ensures every guest has a hassle-free, comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality is the reason I keep coming back—honestly, I can’t even remember how many times I’ve stayed here. In all my visits, I have never had a single uncomfortable experience. Quite the opposite—it has become a place I’m almost addicted to! I always recommend it to friends and relatives visiting Reading and the surrounding areas. Simply put: this serviced apartment is wonderful, and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

   I was blown away! How can they do this for the price? It is not a suite, it's a full on one bedroom apartment and a big one at that. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything and directly in the middle of the entertainment district and a quick walk from the train station. I could live there. Oh yeah, and don't forget the over-the-top friendly, helpful and professional staff!

   We really enjoyed our stay- the apartment was very nice and spacious. We had all we needed in the kitchen and were happy to have a living room where we could spend time. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was quiet. The location was excellent - near to restaurants and shops. It was also very easy to walk down to Thames and the train station was 10 min walk.

   My daughter and I had a great stay at Premier Suites. The apartment was fabulous. It was clean, fresh and the facilities were great. The apartments are real well situated. We were there for Reading festival and it was handy for that. Great access to shops and restaurants too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying again

   Spacious clean rooms and you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen, an iron, fans, and dish or clothes washing soaps. I was happy because they upgraded me to a two room flat freely. The ladies at the reception were welcoming and always cheerful and helpful. Great safe location near everything in Central Reading but note that its entrance is unreachable by cars other than blackcabs so consider that when checking in or out with heavy luggage. Thank you Premier Suites for making my stay comfortable in Reading

   4* Hotel surrounded with Oracle mall & John Lewis , Primark and all famous stores & india restaurants with in 5 to 10 min walk. Got facilities like kitchen with Induction stove, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Micro Oven, kettle & toasters for people who would like to cook instead of spending in restaurants. Got room heaters in all the rooms & tv in living room. Overall nice place to stay. Room service will be on weekly basis one can have on daily which is charged additionally.

   Stayed here for couple of months due to a business travel. Facility is very good. It's near to town centre. Nearby lot of shops are there for your daily needs. Railway station is just 15 min walk from here. Service was very good.

   We stayed in one of their one bedroom apartments and it was brilliant. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, they had thought of everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Ideally situated close to Reading city centre, there is no need for your car as everything is on your doorstep. Everything was a breeze from check in to check out. Thank you to all the staff, we will be back.

   Communication with the staff is horrendous. It's nice that they have a landline you can call but it would be nice to see them actually pick up, which thus far hasn't happened. The apartment shower is barely functioning, there's water coming out but forget about having an actual shower. The reception was poor. The person completely unaware and hard to talk to. The two stars are literally only attributable to the location.
