   Thank you for the amazing stay at SACO Castle Crescent. While the room we were given was different from the one in the picture, it was even better than the one in the picture originally. This was such a perfect and cozy stay, super comfy beds and very clean. It had everything we needed (apart from salt and pepper), I will definitely be coming back if the opportunity arises.

   Wonderful stay. Ricky was amazing and so helpful. Great location with easy access to town centre and train station. Accommodation was spacious, light and bright, equipped with all I needed and so peaceful. Would definitely return.

   The place is nicely maintained, cleaned and pretty good sized. About 15 min walk to the town center and 20 min to station. However, a lot of improvement needed in communication and check in. They dont respond to your email until a few hours before the check in, doesn't matter how many times you contact. At one point I almost thought this is a scam. I called and requested for early check in multiple times, which they noted and said it will be fine, but did not take care of. I had to wait for about an hour to check in. There were no housekeeping for my entire stay. I had to request for some teas and coffees and towels on the third day which responded to in a very tirdy manner. Washroom locks are very old and need changing. I was stuck in washroom once and was terrified. I stopped locking the washroom for the remaining of the stay I would still say the room was very good and clean

   DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! Booked to stay in Cove Castle Crescent for Reading Festival 2022, booked a year in advance and paid in full. After 2 months, I received an email saying that my booking had been cancelled due to a "pricing glitch for those dates" and within minutes were advertising for 3x the price I paid. Would recommend you look at alternative accommodation with a company you can trust and doesn't give you poor excuses in order to get more money.

   I was looking forward to staying at Cove Castle Crescent apartments next year (Aug 2022) and booked well in advance to do so. Received an email saying there was a 'technical issue that's enabled bookings to be made further in advance than intended' and cancelled my booked. They have now repriced it to be 3X the amount for the same dates. I think this is highly unprofessional and would never book with them again.

   I've stayed here whilst on business in Reading a number of times. I've always found the apartments spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The supplied toiletries are excellent as are the beds. The buildings which make up Saco Reading are interesting in their own right, with each apartment I stayed in differing from the other. There was always good parking to be had - if you park on the road when collecting your keys be aware of traffic wardens patrolling the area. It's a short walk to the centre of town and quite well located to get to-and-from Green Park. Should I need to return to Reading, Saco would be my first choice.

   Nice apartment within waking distance of Reading city centre. 2 bedrooms, one ensuite, both clean and modern. The kitchen is also modern and clean, a nice touch was a selection of items for breakfast as well as the usual tea and coffee. Highly recommended.
