   The Elvetham is a beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Visited today for Festive Afternoon Tea which I had really been looking forward to. Sadly it was incredibly disappointing. To be perfectly honest, I don't think we were given the Festive Tea. The macaroons were plain, not 'Christmas trees'. Some of the cakes were totally different, and one type was missing - until I queried it and they were found. Sandwiches also seemed different. Scones were stale and inedible. Asked for replacements, which were no different. Such a shame. Not as advertised at all.

   Absolutely wonderful stay! I had booked four rooms for my family and I for a Christmas stay and it was amazing. Service was excellent and very friendly, we had dinner and breakfast and the menus were amazing. The Christmas decorations were lovely with a Christmas tree in every room. It was also dog friendly which is rare to find now days. We will definitely be staying again!

   A fantastic hotel. Cristina our wedding planner was amazing. After a change with the planning, she pulled everything together for us with ease and support. We felt like there was barely anything to think about on the day as everything was handled smoothly. Beautiful grounds and building setting - exactly the scene for our big day. Thank you!    We recently stayed at The Elvetham Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were fantastic especially Jo .She was exceptionally professional, very knowledgeable, and greeted us with a beautiful, welcoming smile. Jo made us feel immediately comfortable, providing all the information we needed and ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character, with a superb location that adds to its charm. The atmosphere is both relaxing and refined, making it an ideal place to unwind. Overall, we were very impressed with the service, the staff, and the beautiful setting. We highly recommend The Elvetham Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

   We spent an amazing birthday weekend here, and it truly exceeded expectations. The location is stunning—an old mansion surrounded by a huge estate that’s perfect for peaceful walks and quiet, relaxing days. The building itself is full of history and incredibly spacious, with each room offering its own charm. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again, just to experience staying in every room. The staff deserve special mention—they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. When we realized our Standard room was close to the wedding venue and a bit noisy, they quickly helped us move to a quieter room, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable stay in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of history, tranquility, and genuine hospitality.

   This is an Absolute Gem of a Hotel!!!! The Staff was Incredible Helpful & Friendly! My Room (with a Balcony) was Simply Dreamy! There is a Wealth of History on this Estate and the Gardens were Splendid! The Food & Cocktails were also Devine! I look forward to Visiting again in the near Future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   You must stay here, this is one the the best ,cleanest, value that money hotels we have ever stayed in. Just come back from a one night stay ,room was spotless super comfy bed plenty of charm and features .Food was fresh full of flavour even the breakfast .Not to mention the hotel, most hotels rely on their look, location or history then its all down hill from their. But the Elvetham has it all .On top of this the staff were all outstanding every one of team we spoke to they had time to engage on either our needs or just our questions of the beautiful hotel. The evening waiter was a young polite knowledgeable young man ,local just few mins away but shown all the professional traits of person who had been working for many years .Great credit for management WOULD GIVE 7 star but only let me give 5 star Definitely coming back definitely recommend Thank you so much Elvetham a gem which has it all

   Had a great stay here. Rooms were wonderful, the dinner superb and the breakfast was great too. All the staff were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The rooms were very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. We had a great 3-course set menu dinner, which was included with the room, as was breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

   Stayed here for work. Rooms in the stables are modern, very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t open due to maintenance so I didn’t get to try the evening food. I would definitely go back.

   Elvetham We’ve had great experiences at this hotel at each time we have visited. The hotel is set in a ravishing land surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden which is a delight to the eye. We found the staff were always welcoming and attentive. We had drinks at the bar overlooking the garden where the barman took time to listen to what our likes are and made mean cocktails each time. Food ordered were served to the outside courtyard promptly and was delicious. This place is one of our favourite places to go for afternoon teas or drinks with friends. Have met our expectations each time . Highly recommend.
