   *** December 2025 Update **** Drains outside by the Amazon locker still stink of sewage even in the winter now. More floor tiles cracked and bodged with tape. Looking in the cooked meats fridges I struggled to find any British chicken. Most of it seems to have been sourced from Thailand !!! Really Morrisons - why can't we buy British ??? ******* Probably one of the dirtiest supermarkets I have ever visited. In warm weather the smell of blocked drains will greet you as you approach the store from the car park. If you look up as you go through the security barriers you will notice the smashed security display screen above the fruit and veg section (been like that for years) and that pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the store. Broken floor tiles, broken chiller cabinets etc. On some occasions I have seen milk loaded into the dairy section covered in dirt - how someone thought that kind of presentation is acceptable is beyond me. I totally understand that items will be out of stock due to supply issues - but why not present what you do have in the best way possible. I would also say that on average I find at least one item a week that has gone past its best before date. Stock rotation is not a difficult concept surely ?

   Disgusting!! I've just returned from the Morrisons in Elvetham Heath, Fleet (19 Dec 2025). The only bottles of Warninks Advocaat were at the tills and every single bottle was covered in dried advocaat, as if a bottle in the consignment had broken and the contents had covered all the others. It was incredibly disapppinting to see these put out on display in their condition, with no attempt to clean. Not only does this not reflect well on Morrisons, it represents a risk to health, as the product is egg-related. Did noone think to clean these off before displaying for sale. It was not just today - I visited the same store on Tuesday 16 December and the same dirty bottles were on display then. Really not good enough and shows a real lack of consideration and profressionalism.

   Just bought the 4 for £3.75 chicken thighs to eat on the go and they’ve gone off. The chicken has some green colour and has sticky liquid seeping out of it. I didn’t realise it was as the pack is sealed. I gave the meat to my little child as he was starving coming from swimming. Only realised after he’d eaten some. I’m so angry and dissappointed. Shame on you Morrisons Fleet!

   The store is messy with the shelves poorly stocked and badly packed. You have to be vigilant of the prices charged as they are not the same as marked. I am always over charged and only go there because they are close to my home.

   Good shop to get some odds and ends, and maybe a slightly bigger shopping trip. You might struggle sometimes to do a bigger shop as shelves are not always well stocked and price tags don’t match up to what’s on the shelves. Self checkout tills are often going wrong too, and it sometimes takes 5+ minutes for a member of staff to come. The shop and car park are sometimes very dirty, and the car park often smells of blocked drains. However, staff are mainly friendly and prices are generally cheaper than some other supermarkets.

   Improved store layout following extensive refit, new cafe has since closed? Most frustrating is stock levels, you would expect a store of this size to keep shelves well stocked but often found lacking with return visits needed.

   I live locally and am frustrated every time I visit this supermarket. Poorly managed, shelves often in disarray or lacking stock of basic items. Fruit and veg all over the floor, fridge stock all over the place. Staff always hard to find at the deli or fish counter. It looks like someone has ransacked the place. Needs much better management and organisation.
