   I stayed at this hotel for six weeks and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the concierge and reception to room service and housekeeping, every member of staff was consistently pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring. They made sure I was always well looked after, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my entire stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel itself is lovely and spotless. Breakfast was superb with great quality and variety. What really stood out, though, was the staff — always friendly, attentive, and happy to help, which made such a long stay feel like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning in the future.

   Can't complain about a single thing. Great location, easy to get to Windsor and London using here as a base. Staff are super friendly and have great recommendations about places to eat and go. Special mention to Nafees at the service desk for being so welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and honestly wish we would've stayed longer.

   Newly built and rooms are small but decent enough for a quick stay. Public areas are nice but small so it gets quite tight. Busy location on the high street so central but pretty busy. Noisy outside but rooms quiet. Very limited parking which was full so I had to park in the public lot across the road. I suspect it’s because I’m a diamond member and made a bit of a fuss about this that I was given a voucher for a drink. When I went to redeem it for a whisky I was told that I could not have any spirits but I could have red wine. Slightly hopeless for someone who doesn’t drink wine. Really disappointed with IHG as they’re usually pretty good and fairly flexible and provision for parking better than this. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly, although the DM was efficient and polite. Won’t be coming back here.

   5star is a minimum I can give to the staff and to the hotel in all aspects. We have a wonderful stay! The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast is delicious and good value, though we wish we could stay along time here . We'll definitely stay longe as needed !".

   I can only give this hotel top marks in every single area. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It's rooms are comfortable and beautifully presented. The staff in this hotel are professional helpful and hard working. This shows itself through the very high standards tgat are evident here. The hotel is placed close to all of the amenities anyone would ever need. Thank you everyone for a really pleasant stay

   Friendly staff on my arrival Sunday evening onsite parking almost empty, clean fresh styled room but limited spaces for volume of hotel onside parking gets full during week. Central location so other pay parking available choice of bars restaurant and takeaway around hotel lost star because limited parking

   Brand new, modern and nicely decorated, good quality furniture. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and decent value. The staff were welcoming, attentive and happy to help. The bar menu offers a range of options and what I chose was very nice, however, the quantity was possibly a little lacking for the price. The breakfast on the other hand was very good. Overall a great stay at a good price.

   The whole experience was excellent from the moment of check-in with Zara( I believe) to the breakfast. Was the smoothest journey. The hotel is new and kept in a very high standard. I believe on evening they had a hound bloke ( wdi) who was very professional and helpful.

   Whole building appeared brand new and was very clean. Staff member who checked me in was very welcoming and my room was to an excellent standard of comfort and cleanliness. 4/5 star owing to the availability of free parking not being obvious from the outset so I had already paid and parked prior to entry. I didn't eat pre check out however the spread did look to a good standard. I would highly recommend to a friend.

   Brand new, great standard of decor, bed comfort etc and great value! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Discrete parking included in the town centre location, with multiple cctv cameras. There was a light hum from the a/c despite turning it off. I called reception whom reset the system remotely for my room and this helped. Still a very light noise, so have rated four rather than five stars, but I think this may have been due to it being very windy outside. Staff were apologetic and offered for me to change room. Breakfast was fantastic, high quality buffet with ground coffee machine in a spacious and comfortable area with attentive staff. Overall, excellent!
