We had the most incredible time during our stay and we honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, everything was so easy to find and completely stress free, which made such a difference after a busy and exciting day at Lapland UK. Our room was everything we hoped for clean, comfy, spacious, and perfect for us to unwind as a family. Giving us the time and space to relax and soak in every moment together. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always making us feel welcome. We loved spending time in the pool, and having an onsite Starbucks was the perfect touch The location was ideal too, with Lapland UK, Legoland and many more just a short distance away. After a full day of fun and adventure, coming back to somewhere so calming and comfortable meant the world to us. We are forever grateful for the memories we made slowing down, laughing, relaxing, and enjoying real quality family time. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a lovely hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff, but especially Danielle, Jo, and Emilia, for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We appreciate you more than you know.

Absolutely love training at Village Gym Bracknell! The place is always spotless ,seriously one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is well-maintained, the atmosphere is super welcoming, and it never feels chaotic. It’s just a really comfortable space to focus on my workouts. Definitely a 5-star gym in every way.

We visited Lapland with our little girls, aged 2 and 9, and requested a baby cot in advance, which was kindly arranged by the staff. We had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, explaining the restaurant times, kids’ swimming pool schedule, and even introducing us to the Village Rewards app, which saved us 5% on our final bill. Our room was spacious—a double-double—which was more than enough for us. It was stylish, with a nice TV and very comfortable beds. At the restaurant, we had pizza, which was a delightful surprise in both size and taste. The salmon teriyaki was delicious, and the kids loved the buffet, which offered plenty of options. I highly recommend the kids’ buffet, especially since it comes with unlimited ice cream!❤️

Pleasant. Calm. Clean. I really enjoyed the gym which is fully stocked, all brand new equipment and way more impressive than my gym at home. Comfortable beds, good decor, and Starbucks in the lobby is a game changer. Things that could be better : Lukewarm showers. I couldn’t get it any hotter and I ended up cold in the shower. Digital checkin- very cool and convenient, but felt a bit awkward to not have anyone to personally check us in. I did ask for some help, and there was someone there to help, but it’s a very different checkout experience to a hotel. Feels less welcoming. Also. I paid for the late checkout, but they kept banging on my door anyway multiple times, even after I paid the extra 15 pounds to checkout late. Was extremely tired and needed the rest. No outlets by the beds. They seem to have closed those off and only have outlets by the tv and only USB ports. If they change them to lightning bolt cables or USB3, that may help, but for now, I really wasn’t a fan of that either. Those are the only issues I had. I’d stay again, but hope they can sort out those two things.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Bracknell for a few days and was genuinely surprised by how much I liked it. The room was spotless, modern, and felt warm rather than sterile like many chain hotels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had that perfect water pressure you always hope for but rarely get. The staff were one of the best parts — everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just polite because they had to be. Check-in was fast, and it felt like they actually cared about making things easy for guests. The bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere in the evening, and the food was really good. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, well stocked, and the coffee was surprisingly great. I also used the gym and pool — both clean, modern, and clearly well maintained. The location made it easy to get around, especially if you’re driving. It’s close to the motorway, has plenty of parking, and isn’t far from places like Windsor or Ascot. Overall, it’s one of those hotels where everything just works the way it should. Comfortable, friendly, and stress-free — I’d definitely stay again. Celine very nice and kind❤️

The hotel was spotless. My only complaints are the jacuzzi hurt my eyes and looked far too foamy for my liking. The rest off the faciltys where very good. Food was nice. Was not impressed with breakfast buffet. But we had dinner there and that was very nice. A lot off friendly staff. We also went there for a Elsa lunch thing and that was very well put together. I'd go back but would skip breakfast. Gym looks good.

A really comfortable stay at the former Hilton hotel now the Village hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room had an ambient temperature with a working AC. Windows kept the sound of traffic out. Couldn't hear any other guests once in our room. Everything we needed, tea, coffee, kettle and hairdryer. Ironing board and iron too. Plenty of hangers to hang your garments. Plenty of space to move around the king bed. Shower modern and functioning. Location is a little out of town, about 2 miles but there is a Sainsbury's opposite, a bar/restaurant and Starbucks on site. Parking is £5 and it's £5 per room for use of the pool and gym. Reliable brand, the new modern premier Inn.

Very impressed with everything at the hotel, the staff particularly. I had a problem with my booking, meaning I had to cancel and rebook whilst I was there, via a third party. The staff were fantastic, patient and really helpful... The rooms were very clean and large. We had dinner and although it was very busy, the staff were again great, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious! I would definitely recommend the hotel overall, especially for the customer service!

I joined the gym here after lock down & it’s excellent. I used to be a member at the Hilton and the previous facilities were pretty run down. The refurbishment is great - gym is three times the size and they are doing a further extension right now. Pool got refurbished too & there is a decent sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. There’s also a V-Works for working & room hire, as well as restaurant & Starbucks! I often go to the gym & then work here. There’s also a place to charge your electric vehicle.

Great welcome, very kind and helpful staff. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. All the services offered were fully functional. Clean and spacious room, nice shower, very comfortable bed, we slept very well. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool and gym. The Grill area is nice, comfortable, large and bright and is also used for Breakfast (which offers a good choice). Overall good value for money. The only flaw: please do not clear away by putting your fingers in dirty glasses !! Especially if you bring the food to the table with the same hands. Ask the staff to use the trays correctly, they will be quicker to empty and offer better service.
