“Rachel took on our very nervous Pablo as a puppy almost 3 years ago and we have never looked back. Rachel is caring and understands her furry clients. Pablo always comes out tail wagging, strutting his handsome self and smelling gorgeous (and has built up a cute collection of bow-ties from his Aunty Rachel). I would not trust anyone else with my little boy and recommend Rachel unreservedly.”

“We brought our 13 week old puppy along to the puppy hour and the staff were wonderful. He had a great time, grew in confidence and we took him home exhausted! We have since been back every week and this weekend will be our final visit as he will be 18 weeks old. Each week we have experienced something new - from a variety of different ages and breeds of puppy, to learning how to socialise with different ages of people! Our pup has made lots of new friends. Throughout our visits the staff have been helpful, encouraging and enthusiastic; they have provided us with lots of great advice! Highly recommended!!”

“I stayed at the Village Hotel Bracknell for a few days and was genuinely surprised by how much I liked it. The room was spotless, modern, and felt warm rather than sterile like many chain hotels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had that perfect water pressure you always hope for but rarely get. The staff were one of the best parts — everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just polite because they had to be. Check-in was fast, and it felt like they actually cared about making things easy for guests. The bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere in the evening, and the food was really good. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, well stocked, and the coffee was surprisingly great. I also used the gym and pool — both clean, modern, and clearly well maintained. The location made it easy to get around, especially if you’re driving. It’s close to the motorway, has plenty of parking, and isn’t far from places like Windsor or Ascot. Overall, it’s one of those hotels where everything just works the way it should. Comfortable, friendly, and stress-free — I’d definitely stay again. Celine very nice and kind❤️”

“Could not thank the receptionists and the vet who looked after us on this very sad day. They explained everything nothing was to much trouble. We could take our time and was updated throughout. The receptionist with the long blond hair was amazing , comforting and kept an eye on me The vet compassionate full of empathy . “I really like our vets for pets in Bracknell. They are not the closest but I feel they care and they are honest and they show kindness to all pets and their owners. It’s a nice bright large reception much nicer than other branches. We have not needed to use the services other than for puppy checks and vaccinations for three years until recently and I was so happy with the consultation that we got treatment / medication and the practitioner was lovely and so was the receptionist. Fingers crossed we are on for a good recovery now. The costs also surprised me! Very fair and do happy I take out the monthly plan with them which includes a free consultation! Thanks team.”

“Arrived at the hotel to a clean family room. One double bed and two put up beds. No issues with the room at all. Only thing we could have done with in the bathroom was a bath mat for the floor. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and soap , shower gel and towels for the bathroom. Room was a good temperature. Breakfast was good too. A nice selection of hot food, cold foods and drinks . Onsite parking. Would stay again if we were in the area.”

“We were welcomed by a warm welcoming gentleman called Rohan, extremely polite and friendly, he wished us happy stay and he also added if we needed anything as well as extra pillows, towels, soap, anything at all just let him know, our 2 days stay was great , the place was spotless clean , beautiful bathroom and bedroom, with soft pure cotton, we were really impressed. “We took our little dog to Hot Dog's grooming last week for a wash, nail trim and groom. This was his 3rd visit and each time he has got more relaxed and comfortable with the process allowing Karen and her team to do a little more. When we saw him, we couldn't believe how great he looked. He was happy and bouncy, smelt great and had a perfect cut.....can't get over how lovely he looks ❤️”

“Sabina does a fantastic job grooming my 2 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. He always comes back looking (and smelling) beautiful! Although I wouldn't say he's a huge fan of bath time, he gets very excited as we pull up to the Woofle House happily jumping out of the car and dragging me up the driveway! Sabina is kind and patient and takes the time needed to do a thorough job for a very reasonable price. We are regular customers now.”

“Pack Pals have been walking my very excitable staffy since he was 8 months old and they have been excellent with him throughout! He loves his group walks, solo walks and house visits - they are all superb services! They have been flexible and are always communicating with me about his time with them and have been especially patient and helpful with him while he's been going through his hormonal changes. I cannot recommend them enough.”

Jill has made him more relaxed with other people in our home due to her caring nature she shares with the cats in her care at the Cattery. I know I can go away knowing that he is in safe hands and that is so important.”

“We spent the weekend at the Coppid Beech hotel, and couldn't fault the rooms, or service. We had a king room. The kids loved the jacuzzi bath. We chose the hotel due to the location with Lapland UK a 15 minute drive from the hotel. On the morning we were to check out, we planned to go to the coral reef swimming pool and the hotel gave us a complimentary extra hour on the check out time. Service was faultless!”

“We love our dog Teddy and would not trust just anybody to take him out for walks as he needs a really good run twice a day. Unfortunately due to work commitments we had to rely on some help. I have known Catherine for some years and knew she was exceptionally focused on anything put her way, but she is amazing with Teddy and the other dogs which shows in how happy they are. He loves her and so do we!! :-)”

“Having taken an age to find someone I could trust with my dog, I was recommended Heidi at Kozyk9z in Bracknell. Heidi is amazing with dogs and even more amazing with their owners! I went away on holiday and must have called her 100 times to check Tilly was o.k, and she never once complained. You always question whether the person you are entrusting your faithfull friend to is truly an animal lover, or just in it for the money. Well I can 100% say that Kozyk9z take care of all the dogs in their care. I was out walking with Tilly one day and bumped into Heidi. Once Tilly recognised her, she raced up and jumped right up practically into her arms! Tilly does not jump up anyone but me and her dad so that told me this person is special. I would not hesitate to recommend Heidi @ Kozyk9z to look after any dog. She is professional, kind, caring and to ensure you are not pining, she even sends you text pictures and videos of just how much fun your dog is having. 5* from me.”
