   One of their walkers was involved in a hit and run while on a job, and in uniform - verified by them on camera when questioned later after spotting the vehicle again. Their driving on the morning of the accident was also erratic and dangerous, so I would not recommend trusting them with your pets safety and wellbeing. We reached out to Pack pals directly, as we still hadn't received a response from the girl who was involved - she continues to ignore us and her insurance company. Pack pals assured us they would come back to us after they'd spoken to her, acknowledging that this looks bad on the company, but they never came back to us and nothing has since progressed. We are now awaiting a police investigation and insurance company to resolve. Unfortunately it reflects incredibly poorly on a company who allow their staff to get away with criminal actions while working for them, such as a hit and run collision. Again, I would not trust my pets in their care as their staff are clearly dangerous drivers and could potentially harm your pets. EDIT FOLLOWING RESPONSE: we have a video of your employee saying she drove off after she hit the car because she was running late for a client - so unfortunately there are no inaccuracies in this at all. I have not claimed to use the dog walking services, I’m simply giving our experience of the company, which I am well within my rights to do. Thanks for your response but I won’t be threatened for giving a truthful account. I suggest you look at your staff and deal with the issue - not attack and threaten a victim of a hit and run by one of your team. I’ve added a picture of the uniform with Pack Pals logo, that you’ve claimed doesn’t exist, for reference - so to accuse me of inaccuracies and then lie in your rebuttal is pretty shameful. It’s a grab from the video so not perfect, but a clear match to the one on your website, also attached. At least people can now make up their own mind about who’s being honest here.

   I've used Pack Pals for about 6 years now and I love them! Always have gone above and beyond to help me out with any requests or mini emergencies I've had. Honestly 110% recommend them to use! They always treated my dogs and cats as if they were their own pets.....

   Pack Pals have been walking my very excitable staffy since he was 8 months old and they have been excellent with him throughout! He loves his group walks, solo walks and house visits - they are all superb services! They have been flexible and are always communicating with me about his time with them and have been especially patient and helpful with him while he's been going through his hormonal changes. I cannot recommend them enough.

   If I could give 100 stars I would. I can tell that the girls who walk my little Arlo, care for him as if he was their own. They are always so caring and happy. Arlo is always so eager to be taken out by them and meet up with his other friends. The after walk reporting service is excellent - I get pictures and a walk report sent to my email. I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough.

   I have two energetic spaniels who look forward to their 5 walks a week with Pack Pals Dog Walking. Both dogs are very happy being cared for by the lovely walkers. Great communication. I feel relaxed knowing my dogs are in safe hands! Definitely recommend.

   Pack Pals have been walking our 2 dogs for nearly 3 years now and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we have received. They have always been reliable and our dogs love every moment they are out with them. Regular media updates from the team show how much fun the dogs are having on their adventures and lots of play friends mean they come home knackered after ever walk. Thanks guys :)
