Yearly jab for my dog was easy to book and was on time. I know you sometimes get emergencies but I love it when it all runs smoothly and on time.
I took our elderly cat for her vaccination and health check. Ben was kind, caring and professional as always. All the staff are lovely and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
We had a very positive appointment with our dog. The vet had a good manner and put our dog at ease. We were pleased to learn that the kennel cough was administered by injection instead of in the nostril and our dog was much happier. Overall experience good.
Our animals used Kynoch Easthampstead vets for years. We've not been impressed with the Medivet take over though. Every time it's a different vet. No one is rude, but it seems that no one at the practice as any interest in the animal except as a bill that can be presented.
We've been with this practice for about 9 months now and although in busy times it can be hard to get an appointment with a vet, we've always had great appointments with the nurses as well. The staff are always friendly and affectionate to our cats.
Our dog has been suffering with a corneal ulcer. The vet, Ben, has been very thorough and taken time to explain everything clearly to us. I could see how busy they are so this was much appreciated. Reception staff also very helpful.
Many thanks to Emma and Vet Doctor (believe is Ben). She was very pro-efficient and though we left it too late, she managed to squeeze us in a very short notice for a Animal Health Certificate we needed for trip abroad. Although the Vet Doctor was busy at the time, she returned the call very quickly and they both made us very happy. Us and our staffy Fero thanks you.
