The lady in Pets corner this morning was absolutely fabulous. (Mali) My husband popped in to get some bits for our new puppy and she gave him so much advice about his diet and food. He was blown away by her knowledge and we were very grateful for her advice. I will definitely be going myself now to go and speak to her!
Came in to Pets Corner this weekend with my partner and our new puppy for her first outing, and it was 100% the best decision we made! Both members of staff were so helpful, patient and kind with us and our puppy. They were able to answer all our questions, give great advice and made us feel very relaxed and calm which is exactly what we needed! We left with all the items we came in for, plus a few extras, would 100% recommend to anyone! We will be back
We brought our 13 week old puppy along to the puppy hour and the staff were wonderful. He had a great time, grew in confidence and we took him home exhausted! We have since been back every week and this weekend will be our final visit as he will be 18 weeks old. Each week we have experienced something new - from a variety of different ages and breeds of puppy, to learning how to socialise with different ages of people! Our pup has made lots of new friends. Throughout our visits the staff have been helpful, encouraging and enthusiastic; they have provided us with lots of great advice! Highly recommended!!
This store at Moss End is very friendly. The staff are so good with our dogs and always give them a treat. I've discovered more treats my dogs like and have bought them there. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgable.

Always a warm welcome and helpful staff at this Pets Corner located in Moss End Garden Centre. Customer service is excellent and our border terriers are always fussed over. Nicole was kind enough to give our 2 year old a birthday bag of treats on our last visit. Highly recommend.
Love this shop so much!! Lovely staff, one example was as we payed, the lady at the till gave our dog a treat, which was a lovely touch. I especially love the dog treats pick and mix as there is lots of choice and it is zero plastic which is great that it supports our values of being zero plastic. Another one we love are the dog chews that are also loose, the meaty chew, is his favourite!!! Definitely recommend as they also sell other pet stuff not just for dogs.
I love this place, and I get to weigh my border terrier when I'm in there. Great friendly staff and always happy to help and know about dogs nutrition.
