   I stayed in this hotel on my way to the bristol. Staff was very polite and brief me about hotel facilities. I stayed for 1 night and room was nice and clean. In the morning breakfast staff welcome to me - overall restaurant areas nice / cosy and good temperature. i enjoyed my breakfast - morning staff make sure everything was OK with me. I enjoyed my stay - thank you once again.

   I stay with my wife during windsor visit. I enjoyed breakfast and stay in the hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. All area clean, nice and small xmas tree near reception area look nice. We will visit again.

   Arrived at the hotel to a clean family room. One double bed and two put up beds. No issues with the room at all. Only thing we could have done with in the bathroom was a bath mat for the floor. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and soap , shower gel and towels for the bathroom. Room was a good temperature. Breakfast was good too. A nice selection of hot food, cold foods and drinks . Onsite parking. Would stay again if we were in the area.

   No hairdryer in the room - that was a shock! A lot of trades guys stay here and car park is full of their huge vans. Car park was full. Comfy bed. Food was fine. Rooms are very warm with inadequate ventilation due to safety window locks. It’s a long walk into town if you want to eat elsewhere. It’s ok for an overnight stay, it is a budget hotel and provides a decent service for the price.

   Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. On arrival asked for a cot and never received one and asked again and still never received one. Had the standard room plus which isn’t worth it at all. We had no soap and had to request for the soap to refill, the bathroom wasn’t clean and no toilet brush either along with that we had faulty lights that didn’t all work meaning in the night for baby feeds the main light would need to come on, The complimentary refreshments are just Kit Kat bars which they don’t replace if there for multiple nights, the coffee machine is literally black coffee still and not anything interesting and they also weren’t refilled. The rooms have no ac and are unbearable hot, very uncomfortable for a baby as she was too hot and all that is provided is a fan. After saying out baby was way too hot we was given another fan that didn’t do much at all. The room is very small making it even more stuffy. The key cards failed on us twice making us have to get them resorted. The vending machine doesn’t give you what you order and the hotel just says it’s not their responsibility as they don’t own it, meaning you loose your money. Along with that the staff arnt helpful at all and slack with the breakfasts they weren’t nice and everything was stocked up slow, people had to queue to wait for tables due to being small area. Highly would recommend finding somewhere else especially with kids in unbearable heats. Only positive thing is the location where there are places near by. Security is good to get up to rooms until your key card doesn’t work and there’s no one at reception desk.

   Basic no-frills accommodation with well-trained helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room but as with all Travelodges take your own soap cos theirs smells like toilet cleaner. Free parking and just a 7 min walk from well-designed shopping centre. Soulless restaurant/lounge area, particularly in the evening, but the Travelodge breakfast as good as ever.

   We stayed here the night before taking the kids to Lapland UK. It was basic, but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was a little disappointing because we didn't have time to wait around for some of the cooked items, which were slow to reach the buffet. Orange / apple juice was watered down, too. I'm glad we didn't pay more than we did, and we got a good deal for a Sunday overnight stay.

   Poor customer service from staff on arrival, staff were present at reception but didn’t even acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. Staff were then very abrupt when finally did check us in. There were what looked like crushed biscuits in the carpet when we got to the room. Arrived to checkout at 7.30am and breakfast before departing, had already paid for breakfast in advance, staff requested we pay for hot drinks, couldn’t have cold drinks, machine hadn’t been switched on yet, no hot breakfast ready either so had to settled for cereal which I don’t think was worth the £7. Disappointing given that visited last year and was really impressed with our stay

   Had a staff member enter our room at 10pm without knocking. There were 3 of us but only 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, no bath mat. No hair and body soap. The hand soap appears to be water. Breakfast was good.
