We had the most amazing stay at Pennyhill Park, the venue is simply exquisite with very tradition interiors and attentive staff. The room exceeded all expectations, we had a pool table upstairs, 2 baths, the most amazing shower, and very comfortable bed - truly unforgettable. We were part of a Christmas party, and we enjoyed a 4 course meal, the food was very good. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and spa the next day, we couldnβt believe the amount of facilities available, from numerous steam rooms, saunas, ice rooms, plunges and pools, there is something for everyone. Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

For the price being charged (£££), I was hoping this would be a positive review. But alas. The standard hotel room is small, tiny even. For a hotel tucked into the country side and not deep in the heart of central London, itβs not acceptable. In any case, one canβt change that. The kettle itself had not been cleaned in years it seemed and any water heated had a slimy texture to it. I gave up after my first glass. The hot tub in the bathroom was a nice touch, unfortunately after turning it on, there was some floating debris that was left behind in the tub. The room is not soundproof and we had the misfortune of being close to some sort of pipes. The spa facilities itself were excelled however I would strongly recommend any spa guest flees before attempting to stay a night here at the hotel.

The whole stay was great and very relaxing. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The spa was beautiful and spotless, with excellent facilities β a large indoor pool, several jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, and showers. The massage was amazing, although the jets in the big indoor/outdoor jacuzzi werenβt working during our visit. We also dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience β delicious food and excellent service. I would suggest organizing guest arrivals a bit better, as parking is quite far from the hotel entrance, which can be uncomfortable with luggage. Also, it would be great if the hotel offered guests a jacket or cover-up for walking outside to the spa in winter, since you have to go outdoors in your bathrobe. Overall, a beautiful hotel and a very relaxing experience!

Honestly, the most incredible stay ever. We booked Penny Hill Park just under a year ago to celebrate our mini moon post wedding and it did not disappoint. In the lead up, the staff were incredibly helpful getting to know as before our stay and pre-empting needs. On arrival, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. We had the most incredible room (Buttercup) And everything was so well thought out and considered. The spa is like nothing youβve seen before, Itβs huge. The facilities are amazing with so much choice. We had dinner in both the Hillfield restaurant and in their Michelin star restaurant Latymer. Itβs an absolute must to eat in their Michelin star restaurant. The experience was like nothing youβve experienced before the food was phenomenal and the service second to none. Worth every penny!! We definitely consider this a memorable stay and cannot wait to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Pennyhill Park for our mini moon. We had an unexpected room upgrade on arrival, and a lovely message and chocolates to greet us. The room had all the right touches in it, the bathroom was amazing, the bed was so comfy, and having the room cleaned daily with topped up coffee and water was another unexpected touch that really made a difference. The spa facilities were incredible, from the changing rooms with everything you needed to the different pools and rooms you could use. It never felt too busy and was extremely clean. The food was also very good quality, especially the breakfast as the options were vast and it was all very tasty. We had a lovely relaxing stay straight after getting married and would definitely return!

I have stayed here a few times. This time it didn't feel a 5* experience, more a low 4. I was in one of the rooms outside of the main house which felt tired and not the quality I expected for the price, more what you would expect from a bog standard conference facility. The staff didn't seem their usual polished and inviting selves and the snug area with the fire place looked ransacked with chairs scattered everywhere, with a sofa that had seen better days. The lighting is always so harsh, particularly when you want to relax and enjoy the fire - you just want to dim everything down to make it more inviting. On the plus, the beds are always luxurious and the breakfast is always incredible. The spa is the main reason why I visit but would perhaps think of just going for a spa day rather than a stay in future as the spa never disappoints.

Visited with my daughter for afternoon tea on Monday. Staff on reception were super friendly but our waitress, Esperanza, was outstanding. Talk about 'service with a smile' and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is to be treasured, Pennyhill. As for the afternoon tea experience...well, it needed a crowd to lend atmosphere, which was disappointing....felt rather like sitting in a foyer. Now, whilst the pasties were a delight to the eye, the bread on the sandwiches was far from fresh and as this was the opening course, not a great start. The palate cleanser was to my taste but not my daughter's, so perhaps a smaller portion and choice of 2? All in all an experience, but unfortunately not one I shall rush to repeat.

We booked an overnight stay and spa day. We've been here for the spa before. It was much better staying, as the whole spa experience was a lot more chilled out. Really lovely place, staff are really friendly. Absolutely love the spa and without a doubt the best spa you'll visit. A really large facility that's never overcrowded. There's plenty to enjoy and I've never left feeling disappointed

I booked the Ultimate Afternoon Tea for my husbands birthday & it was delightful...and very substantial! I would highly recommend this over the standard afternoon tea, which is just as nice, but without the delicious champagne. It is a LOT of food so do ask them for a little box to take home some of the treats. You can order additional sandwiches and tea, although, we didn't need to. The staff, ambience & decor are all very special & exactly what you would expect from a 5 star establishment. I would either arrive early or stay a bit longer to walk around the grounds & appreciate the gardens. We hope to stay the night & enjoy the spa one day.

We had a fantastic one night stay at this very premium hotel. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave the staff are fantastically attentive and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was high quality and what you would expect. Our room was in the main building and was a good size and had the most amazingly comfortable large 4 poster bed. We enjoyed the spa on our arrival and up until we left on our day of departure. I would love to be able to afford staying here more often but as a treat we'll worth every penny.
