Good hotel, the room was clean and well maintained, something i cannot understand is why the temperature was set at 25 degrees. The breakfast was great, nice area to sit and there was enough to chose from. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.
Wow!! What an amazing, enjoyable experience. Great team, unbelievable hospitality and amazing food. I will definitely be coming back. Amazing table and room service, special shout out to Michele and Sandro for making me feel like a king during my stay. Highly recommended!!
I have stayed here one night, attending a conference at the hotel the next day. I have been impressed with the quality provided, cleanliness of the room and lovely breakfast in the morning. The conference was also well set up, with very nice food and beverages offered throughout the day.
Have stayed here many times to meet with friends and then travel on to Heathrow to fly home. The location is easy to drive in and out of. The rooms are excellent and very clean. I really enjoy the breakfast (which is extra) and also the seating area around the bar in the evening. They serve food until quite late and although the drinks are a little expensive the location works well as it's not super noisy.
Booked our rooms for a wedding party a few months ago online and was made aware that we could pre book our rooms a couple of days before so all the family did that... We arrived on Friday afternoon and there was a little mix up with the rooms as it was quite important that we were close to my parents for medical reasons and thankfully we had fantastic service from Simona who resolved it at first touch, after explaining our circumstances. Rooms were clean, fridge, tea coffee and two bottles of water, iron in the room as well. Pillows were absolutely amazing had the best sleep in ages and the beds and duvets were so comfortable. Staff in the morning for breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful. Great selection of breakfast will definitely stay at the Hilton again. Thank you Simona for your help.
