   My partner and I came here in the beginning of October to celebrate our anniversary. From start to finish, we had the most amazing experience. The waitress who served us was so sweet and friendly. The food was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend the Unagi nigiri, being half Japanese the food tasted so authentic. They even brought out a surprise dessert for us, and bottle of champagne. We will definitely be coming back here, and hopefully stay the night next time. Absolutely 10/10.

   We recently enjoyed an unparalleled dinner for two at Hurley House Hotel, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Known for its fine Japanese-inspired cuisine, the restaurant exceeded every expectation. We ordered the Togarashi Teriyaki Steak and the Saikyo Yaki Black Cod—both dishes gave new meaning to steak and fish. The flavours were exquisite, the presentation elegant, and the craftsmanship behind each plate truly showcased gourmet excellence. The pre-Christmas atmosphere added a warm, festive charm to the evening, making the experience even more memorable. Service was superb, with impeccable attention to detail. Luca provided outstanding hospitality throughout the night, and Mia was a wonderful waitress—attentive, friendly, and professional. Well done to the team at Hurley House Hotel. Highly recommended.

   Just came back from lovely Japanese dinner. Wine was perfectly paired with meal and food was absolutely delicious! Both Miwa and myself come from Japan and must say we rarely find authentic Japanese food around this area. So we were happy to taste authentic Japanese food and it was a perfect place to feel like back in Japan! Thank you ☺️

   My partner and I visited for our anniversary in early September and I honestly cannot recommend it enough! The team were lovely and accommodating, the food was sublime along with the service. The manager recommended wine pairings for the food and he hit the nail right on the head, they even took time during service to chat to us about our time together and our occupations. The food price may look intimidating to anyone looking to eat here but again (and I cannot stress this enough) it was incredible. It was an incredible mix of Japanese and western culture! They even had a lovely gentleman playing the piano throughout our visit. We will be back again and may even make it our regular for celebratory occasions!

   We were attending a wedding at Hedsor House and so we stayed here for a couple evenings. The staff really go above and beyond to make your stay special. Isabelle is such a lovely manager and you can tell that she and her team are passionate about what they do and work to make sure the whole experience is memorable arrival to departure. The hotel is well maintained, but the best part is the nice personal touches throughout. We will definitely be back!

   My husband and I returned to Hurley House Hotel in November to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. It was especially special as we had spent the tail end of our honeymoon here and had an amazing experience. As always, the staff went above and beyond and are so friendly. The food was incredible with a great atmosphere in the restaurant and very cosy rooms. Perfect location to remove yourself from the outside world and switch off in luxury! Couldn’t recommend enough! Can’t wait to return.

   Beautiful place! Recently visited Here for my sisters wedding. The place is amazing. Staff are cooperative. Rooms are excellent and hospitality is A1. Tasty breakfast. I already miss this place. Kudos to the management.

   The ambience and service was great. The food was less so in our experience, hence our overall rating. Our starter was squid off the Japanese menu, that was good. Our mains were the burger and the fillet steak. The burger was undercooked and was sent back. It came back to us charred and not very nice. The fillet was two small thin slices, not what you would normally expect. I asked for medium but it arrived well done. This is a Japanese restaurant with a few international compromise offers. We wouldn’t choose from the international choices again. Our friends picked from the Japanese menu and they were much happier.
