   My daughter recently moved on from nursery into pre-school and I could not have wished for a better introduction to learning than she got at our local Kiddi Caru. Always happy and excited to go in every day and she's come through 2 years of being there, a very cheerful, sociable and kind little girl. Staff were always helpful, caring and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better start really. Nothing more to say. Would recommend.

   Have sent both my daughters to Grandir Kiddi Caru Hanham Hall over the last 3.5 years and the younger has just graduated before starting school in Sept. Couldn't speak more highly of the nursery, the staff, the care the atmosphere. Always felt at ease leaving my children in the nursery's care and its been great seeing their development. Really appreciate the experiences they have had there.

   Our (almost) 3 year old has been at a Grandir nursery for 2 years and has had the most wonderful time. The team in Wellingborough are outstanding, so caring, encouraging and switched on to each child's needs, likes and curiosities. Our little boys development has been nurtured at ever stage and at the same time he's had so much fun! Such a fantastic nursery.

   Very unprofessional organisation. The local facilities near us was Kiddi Caru Hounslow (Middlesex). Met with the staff in October 2023 who were very welcoming and went through the process of enrolling very swiftly to start January 2024. Shared all the necessary personal data and completed the application forms. Even signed up to the Grandir app with login. 3 weeks later was told that corporately they are pulling the plug on the facilities as they are not going to renew the lease. Left my child emotionally hurt and distraught when he was told as he was looking forward to joining. I cannot imagine the feeling of other children who are already attending and now told to find another place from January 2024. This organisation comes across very cutthroat, as even the staff probably did not know otherwise they would not have enrolled my child. They basically don't come across caring for their staff (who are probably now jobless in the cost of living crisis we are experiencing) and they don't care about children's emotions and feelings. They say God works in mysterious ways, and we found a more caring nursery locally who promptly enrolled our son. We are very fortunate not sending our child to a nursery under the management of Grandir UK. We need more nurseries and schools in the UK, and this company does not care.

   Be very careful if you are thinking of selecting a nursery in this group to send your children to. They have today shuttered the nursery my kids attend with 3.5 weeks notice and thrown the 60 kids attending into the wild. Presumably the building will now be converted to flats. An unethical company without doubt. Not the sort of people to trust with your kids. Seriously, caveat emptor.
