I have been here a few times with my 1 year old, it is a lovely soft play! The best around for her age group. Very clean and tidy, good cafe and limited to i think age 3 so no big children charging around. Perfect for the young ones! I went again today for the 'elf party' and it was great, brilliant food with a delicious roast, themed decorations, toys, and a present for all the babies. She had a great time, we will continue to come with her and her newborn brother who I'm sure will love it when he is a bit older too!

We have been coming to Activetots for a year now and it just gets better and better. Today we did the Elf event and were amazed by the incredible food and the attention to details the ladies there put in. It’s such a great place for babies and toddlers to play and the food is always excellent. The ladies are welcoming and friendly and my little boy loves it there. So does his daddy and grandparents. 100% recommend and love the specials that get put on depending on the time of year. Thank you.

Arrive this morning with my little boy very welcoming chatty staff who engaged with myself and little one. A bag was provided for shoes and a staff member took them through ready for the garden activities which I thought was a great option to ensure cleanliness. Active tots is beautifully clean and tidy lots to do for your little one to explore lots of soft play, sensory and make believe play available. The cafe has lots of different options really reasonably priced - I had the tuna baguette which was delicious! Staff were really lovely throughout and happy to chat they made me feel very welcome. Will be returning shortly. Thanks again, Nicole and Sidney x

This soft play is the best I have been to in our area, especially for under 18months. Having a little boy who was constantly picking up bugs when little (as they all do) I felt at ease coming here as it was so clean, opposed to others when you know you’re coming home with a new illness. Being able to see the soft play from the cafe area is also brilliant - especially when visiting on your own, as you are able to leave your coffee at your table and come back to it (in between catching your little one on the equipment.) Although you cannot take in your own lunch, my boy has a milk allergy and there are a wide variety of options to choose from, from snacks to a main lunch. As an allergy mum it’s refreshing to have options and staff that are aware of them. Now my little boy is a bit older, the role play area is perfect for him, it also gets rotated and no toys look old and battered, down to the little crocheted bakery items, everything here is well thought out. Highly, highly recommended.

First started bringing my eldest here and then my second. I love how calm it is compared to big soft plays with older ones running around, perfect for smaller ones. Super clean and great if you have anyone with allergies. Sally and the team are really friendly and nothing is too much for them. We especially love the themed party days.

First time attending today and will definitely be our last. This business encourages food wastage during a cost of living crisis. Attended with my baby and was made to feel like a criminal for giving him an opportunity to try eating food. My baby is extremely fussy and usually will refuse lunch, so I bought a cream cheese sandwich for him made from one slice of bread, cut into four fingers to at least give him an opportunity to eat even though I know he normally wouldn’t. Although it’s not ideal I don’t feel so bad throwing away 1 slice of bread, which also needs to be a specific brand for him to even entertain it. I bought lunch and a drink for myself and sat down to eat, gave my baby a finger of his sandwich and was immediately pounced on and told he couldn’t eat it. I explained the situation and was still told he couldn’t eat it. What they wanted me to do was throw away the food I had bought for him and purchase their food which would have been way too much for him and that would also be thrown away because he wouldn’t eat it. They made my feel so uncomfortable I said it wouldn’t happen again because we would not be coming back. They could not care less at losing a customer who has paid adult entry, paid baby entry and also spent money in their cafe for a lunch for myself. I would understand if I had bought a huge selection and my baby ate everything but he had 1 finger out of 4 fingers from what I bought as he refused the rest!!! To no surprise because I know my baby best! Had it have been my toddler I would’ve bought a meal at the cafe there because I know he would’ve eaten it, in fact when I bring my toddler out we always buy food out because it makes my life easier not having to make a packed lunch, but they’re two very different children, we don’t believe in food wastage in our family, unfortunately this business does.

This is a great soft play for those confidently crawling and upwards. Because of the age restriction (up to age 4), there’s never any big kids to knock little ones over. They also have a booking system so isn’t too crowded. I’ve purchased gift vouchers as birthday presents which have been very well received. Highly recommend! The prices of the cafe are reasonable but it can all add up when you include the price of the ticket. Overall, a great soft play and friendly staff.

This is definitely the best soft play in the area for babies and toddlers! It’s so nice to go somewhere which is safe and clean. You don’t have to worry about any older children knocking over your little one. The cafe is very reasonably priced and they take allergies very seriously (which is nice for a parent of a child with a severe dairy / soya allergy!) This does mean people can’t take food from outside in, but as it means they can keep the area safe for the littlest most vulnerable customers and that can only be a positive! It’s also so nice that the staff monitor the soft play, meaning the kiddies can enjoy without having to get around adults sat on “their” play equipment! If adults want a sit down, there is plenty of space in the cafe or at the end with the toys to still be with your children. The booking system works really well, you can book and make sure you definitely get a space! It’s never overcrowded even when “full” and just has a lovely child focused atmosphere!

A lovely place to share my grandson's 1st Birthday. Clean, tidy, well equipped, bright and airy. Sadly what ruined it for me was the telling offs we got for sitting on any of the large play equipment being told we could burst the fire bags within them, the signs everywhere telling you what you couldn't do, the over priced food, the fact you couldn't take your own snacks for your babies and being checked on at the table to make sure we wernt eating our own food. Having your shoes taken off you at the entrance might have been a great idea if we didn't have to visit the toilet in our socks!! I appreciate a level of cleanliness has to be maintained and you want to look after your lovely area but please chill out a bit. I didn't want my lasting memory of my grandson's 1st birthday to be of being told off and watched over like a hawk.
