Shambles of a store. Done a detour to the Basingstoke branch whilst travelling back to Brighton and had done a click & collect earlier in the day, went to collect and order had not even been picked! They then turned round an said they had none of it in stock! What’s the point in that service?! Staff unhelpful and manager Carly was no help either all she could say was “sorry” yet kept me in the store she’s just wasted my time and I left with nothing I intended on’ will not be visiting again for sure

The range is going downhill so fast. The store is always cluttered resulting in poor accessibility around the store. A load of rubbish left out which makes the store look a mess. The staff are very hit and miss with the members serving us today being very condescending. I’ve tried talking with customer support over the issues but all you get is what it feels to be generic AI responses.

A bit disappointed with my last visit to The Range—I couldn’t find the item I was looking for, even though it’s something quite common for everyday use. That said, the store is generally well-stocked and the staff are friendly.

I am sick and tired of going into the Range and items either have no price on or you get a surprise at the till that the price that is displayed with the item is either incorrect or the offer has ended and the colleagues have not done their job and removed the SELS. The Range is now displaying SKU numbers and dates for offers on the SEL so they will not honour the price that they are displaying items for. Absolutely shocking retail experience!

I love this place, it’s always utter chaos as there are always leaving trolley’s and pallets everywhere. The staff are great, if you want something, just ask and they’ll check to see if they’ve got it. You will trip and stumble around the vastness of the place and the queue for the tills can be phenomenal at busy times. If you enjoy a different type of cluttered shopping experience, this is the place for you.

Nice RANGE of products (i said that because the range is the name of the shop, and i used the name in a different way which is funny because as i mentioned earlier, its the name of the shop) I bought my dog a large tug-o and it was big because he is small. And when we got it home it was big. He said thanks (not really, he cant speak). Thank you to woman who sold me the things, she gave me a 95% discount and then added 95% back on

Typical Range store. Good range of products albeit low quality. The staff however never seem to want to work. Recently waited over 30 minutes to return an item as only 1 till can handle returns. Said till was occupied for a customer order who spent 20minutes walking round the store to find a replacement item. It's 2022...how can the system not allow this to be parked so other customers can be served?? Oh, and in the many times we've visited there's never been a please or thank you from any staff member during checkout...

Everything you need for the home. It is easy to park with plenty of spaces Friendly staff Would have got a higher rating but like all of the Range shops , you spend a lot of time trying to find what you want. Layout of the shop reminds me of a Jumble sale, but not just this shop I found this in every branch of the Range I have visited. All branches need clear and precise signage in store

♿️ Not Disabled Friendly ♿️ ⏬️ Down from 2 stars to 1 star ⏬️ due to lack of attention to my previous comments..... The big downfall is that the store is nowhere near wheelchair friendly. There are wide aisles, but the wide aisles have pallets, etc. with stock for sale, making some areas impassable with a wheelchair. Even the narrow aisles have items in the middle or narrowing the ends, again making it difficult for wheelchair users. The attached photos are in one small area, but it is like this throughout the store. Nevertheless, it is a fairly large store selling a wide range of products for the home and for crafting. Very reasonably priced.

It has a wide range of Christmas decorations along with usual stuff. It's at a reasonable price too. The usual complaint of items not well organized in shelves still true though
