   Excellent shopping experience at TK Maxx. The store had a fantastic variety of branded products at great prices, and everything was well organised and easy to browse. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help without any pressure to buy. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it felt enjoyable to shop at our own pace. Always a pleasure visiting TK Maxx — highly recommended.

   experienced poor attitude when dealing with checkout staff, just didn't seem to be bothered about me "the customer". However some good deals available on merchandise.

   We bought several items, realised the wrong credit card had been used, and went back to fix it. A simple refund and repurchase. Routine. The cashier understood and was ready to handle it. Then the line manager stepped in and shut the whole thing down. No explanation. No flexibility. What was the point of blocking a harmless correction that would have kept the sale? Was she not aware that this kind of decision costs the store money? So we returned everything and left without repurchasing. Over £500 gone for no reason. A needlessly rigid, counterproductive experience.

   I particularly loved this TKMaxx as it has some.lovely pieces of furniture. Not all are low priced, but found an upholstered chest made out of gorgeous blue velvet at £60. Went there for home items, and pleased altogether. Beter than half of the stores we have in London. My favourite place to buy clothes, accessories and other stuff

   It’s always nice to come back to TK Max to shop for variety if household goods, clothes, shoes etc.. This outlet seems a little less lit than the others. One always gets the feeling there should be more bright lights especially on the ground floor.
