If the products fail, like our well loved instant-pot multicooker, the service is excellent - no quibble refund, so we just purchased another from Lakeland - mainly because of their guarantee. I would have been happy with a repair, so its a shame the old machine had to be sent back but overall I am very happy. Much better than buying from Amazon with their limited warranties.

    Lakeland, you rock! I bought a Panasonic bread machine 14 months and a tiny plastic clip broke in the nut dispenser. After failing to find a spare part I called up expecting to have to quote the Sale of Goods Act 1979 in order to get a replacement, but before I even got that far I was offered a full replacement. Thank you to Paul in the call centre!
