Super service and products. Essential things like cleaning products and homeware plus kitchen ware products. Staff are really nice and knowledgeable people. Membership is an added plus.
Super service and they seem to only stock high quality products. If the products fail, like our well loved instant-pot multicooker, the service is excellent - no quibble refund, so we just purchased another from Lakeland - mainly because of their guarantee. I would have been happy with a repair, so its a shame the old machine had to be sent back but overall I am very happy. Much better than buying from Amazon with their limited warranties.

Lakeland, you rock! I bought a Panasonic bread machine 14 months and a tiny plastic clip broke in the nut dispenser. After failing to find a spare part I called up expecting to have to quote the Sale of Goods Act 1979 in order to get a replacement, but before I even got that far I was offered a full replacement. Thank you to Paul in the call centre!
