   Awful awful experience at the Reading store. Staff were unfriendly and impolite! I asked for clarification at the till and the staff “manager” (couldn’t get her name) walked over to us and shouted at me. Mind you I was never for once impolite or raised my voice. It caused me deep distress as I was embarrassed simply for asking for clarity. I love TK maxx but my experience at the Reading Oracle mall store today has left me utterly shaken and I will not be shopping there in a long time.

   i was walking calmly in your store only for this rude woman who in an employee to barge past me and give me this dirty look and roll her eyes it made me feel incredibly threatened and upset. if you are working with customers i would expect you to act professionally and not immature. this woman had blue jeans, a white cardigan, slicked back bun and a headset where she was clearly talking to another member of staff. this is extremely unprofessional behaviour and i would expect better!!!

   I was really upset about the staffs in the reading shop. I understand they are busy and sometimes there are black consumers. But most regular customers love that place. When treating customers' complaints, I hope they meet their customers as friends with warm heart and good manners. The guest service center staff kindly explained and helped me. I don't know Why the staffs in the reading shop treated customers not friendly. I might've seen them. Even the staff in guest service staff who never met me has kindly and warmly advised and explained and sorted the issue. Because of her and I like TKMAX, I want to give them 5 stars but minus one star. Because I feel the staffs in the reading shop should change their attitude. Not only me, my friend has been hurt by the guy who treated my refund process and never visit the shop again. All other staffs' efforts for the TKMAX and ggod reputation can be ruined by one or two unkindness.

   Always full of stock and the selections are great. For a tk Maxx, this store is kept very tidy. Minus a star as I find the staff a little unfriendly, especially at the changing room, no one is around to give you a number card, so most customers were just walking in, when I did the same I got a little bit of bluntness from the staff member who hurried over to check how many items I was bringing in. The staff on the checkouts are polite. Always lots of bargains to be found, if you’re willing to rummage.

   Great sized TK Maxx with plenty of clothing for men and women. The home section is a decent size with a good variety of things. Definitely worth a trip to browse and see if you can pick up a bargain.

   Still looks like a cross between a charity shop and a jumble sale. Downstairs till shut and queue upstairs stretched the width of the store! Only redeeming factor was a lovely employee who told us we could pay at the jewellery counter and saved us hours!

   I literally could have spent hours in this shop buying far too many gifts, they have so many amazing Christmas decorations and gifts and it wasn't too crowded. We were very quick at the till too as there were plenty of people working downstairs so nice and easy to pay. I forgot my reward card but have added my receipt online so I don't miss out. The only problem was carrying all the bags home afterwards!
