   I have never seen such a rude sales person like i have met today . Thank goodness the manager was there , would have left without the item i needed.Especially where Men’s clothing are 21-07-25

   As one of the biggest names in retail and unit in Hampshire, I love going in for a browse as they have made nice use of their home and perfume displays, with everywhere room to walk around. Maybe have a bigger Petite clothing range, in the middle, not hidden at the back, as there seems to be less product range now than there was, with jeans and leggings everywhere else on view in the store. Also, where is your make-up ? I used to adore the shimmer and baked cosmetic range and this is non existent now, which is a shame for shoppers who liked it.

   Wanted to call out the excellent customer service we received today . We were served by Tia. We returned some faulty toddler joggers - leg seam was not stitched properly. without any issue -Tia dealt with us politely and professionally. Went to find another pair in the stockroom and exchange was completed. Many thanks Next and Tia

   The assistant manager Anna spoke to my wife with such a rude manner. We have an account with Next and spend alot of money with them. We were returning a suit that didn't fit and required assistance with ordering the new one due to the app not working properly. Really unacceptable level of customer service, she also did this infront of what looked to be trainee staff. Appalling. Considering clearing account and not using them again.

   went to store for a pick up told item was delivered to wrong store, no answer as to what store or when it would turn up. staff not helpful, manager non existent, store lay out abysmal, no sizes in so much of their stock on the floor which was the reason we had to order it in, prices shocking and many of the clothes old fashioned and dated. Maybe if Next worried a little bit less about their sale which is live earlier than usual they would be able to fulfil the orders they are supposed to, so long story short if you want your size in Basingstoke dont bother go to another store, dont bother ordering in as they cant seem to fulfil the orders....i really hope they now finally get shut down as their customers flee in droves.....this store was totally empty today unlike many of the other stores that i had to fight my way through and if you are an employee look for another job as i imagine you will need one soon when next becomes no more

   was hoping to buy a pair of trousers, couldn't find them in store, spoke to an assistant, she explained they were sold out, so drove to Next in Camberley , only to see the store check for Basingstoke does have them!!!! is it a case of too much effort to help !!! really should me no stars -rally bad customer service -couldnt be bothered to help

   This store is massive. I’m not. I’m size medium. Medium leg (32/32), medium chest (38”), medium collar (15.5’). I am spectacularly average. Yet whenever I go to a Next (especially this one) can I find any clothes in my size? No. See some nice jeans on display, have a look through the rack and... nope nothing in my size. See a nice jumper, find the colour. Look through the rack and... nope not one in my size. We’re not all overweight or super slim Next. Some of us are just average. Surely I’m on the peak of the bell curve for sizes? Surely the whole sizing structure was calibrated out from medium? Surely medium was therefore most popular? Why then can I never ever find anything I like in my size!?!? Thank goodness for ASOS.
