We had a problem with the switch on our pool cover and Mark was very helpful identifying the problem and directing me how to replace the switch myself. Great service - thank you

We have recently purchased a few of the Aquark Mr Perfect Heat Pumps from Paramount, and are very pleased with the performance and quietness and easy installation of them. Paramount have good availability of stock and we have always received a great customer service over the years.
We have been installing Paramount's Safety Cover for a number of years and have always been incredibly pleased with the service we have received, and when Steve mentioned to me he was bringing a new range of heat pump out (Mr Perfect!), we had no hesitation in trying it out. We installed it yesterday, and it has already heated the swimming pool up 6 degrees overnight and the customer is delighted with both the performance and look of the unit. We will definitely being installing these in the future.

I had a problem with a hydraulic leak from one of my hoses in the underground ducting. Mark sent two new hoses by next day delivery free of charge, probelm sorted! Great company who care about their customers.
I’m writing to congratulate you on the professionalism of 2 of your team . They arrived to my house to replace my pool cover on time and on the correct day . They were polite , tidy , quick , efficient and very professional answering all the questions I asked . We asked them to leave the old cover which they did and they even took the time to fold it neatly and tie it up . Such staff are rare these days and I applaud you on these two employees . One employee was called Lewis . Please pass this on to whom ever it concerns.. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again .
I first used Paramount over 15 years ago. Their aquamatic cover has been brilliant for our outside pool. It was a life saver almost 10 years ago when the road flooded and we had all sorts of debris on the cover as a result. We cleared it off and bingo, it worked. Last spring a father and son team came out to replace our cover. They were polite, efficient and once more our pool is like new. I would recommend them.
I have had a Paramount Pool Cover installed by one of their dealers 4-5 years ago and it has never worked.I have paid £2-3,000 n repairs and my pool is more often than not unable to be opened or closed. Paramount do not support their dealers adequately and generally refuse to attend neither do they support their end users. I am about to take legal advice on the basis of their product is not of merchantable quality.. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL & DO NOT BUY
