   Visiting from wales looking after our grandchildren in bicester Visited this pool this morning for the first time ( on the hottest day off the year so far) Quite sad to see such poor reviews Easy online booking Pool not too crowded Bin there for all rubbish so I excuse for any mess. Cafe open which we hadn’t expected- coffees for us adults, snacks and ice creams also available - really nice to sit by pool after our swim and not feel as if we had to go once our allocated hour swim had finished. The cafe is closed on Mondays. I thought there was a lovely atmosphere there There were a few staff/ lifeguards by the pool. They were chatting as they obviously know each other but they were very friendly and also there was always 1 or 2 watching the swimmers Not sure why I only gave 4 stars

   This used to be open at Easter .. its barley open now ...and only lane swimming from 5 pm. What about the children for after school..

   Cafe was great and let down by swimming pool staff and operations. Such a shame. Echo previous reviewers comments from 2022 about poor cleanliness in changing rooms and toilets. Lifeguards chatting away. Diving board only open for 15 mins per hour during "Swim for all". Apparently can't have floats in the pool and diving boards at the same time. All the kids want to do both but can't because of "the rules". I get it's a community pool but it doesn't need 3 staff to sit around the pool either on life guard duty or doing nothing useful.

   Dirty, run down, lifeguards are lazy and sit chatting when they could actually be doing something useful with their time. Honestly shocked about how unbothered they are about the fact they are being paid to do a job, not to sit around chatting, swearing and listening to music. This is why facilities like this end up shutting. Absolutely terrible. What a shame.

   Easy online booking system. Nice pool which has a 3.5 metre deep end - unusual these days but it allows use of a spring board. Staff friendly. Swam here early August 2022.

   I love this pool,the staff are so friendly and nice,it's always a great experience, particularly good for my autistic grandson as it's smaller and not overcrowded,he loves it there, a very good discovery this summer.the only reason I didn't rate it 5* is the changing rooms,they are a bit of a let down.

   Pool and surrounding grass are lovely. The changing rooms are absolutely disgusting. Same with every Better facility in the area. You NEED to up your game with cleaning. What are you paying your staff to actually do?? Disgusting levels of cleanliness, so much so I am surprised environmental health aren't involved??? The baby pool is also closed as its dark green with Algae!!
