“I used TF Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a one bedroom flat. Thiago answered the phone which was a good start as most of the ones that I called went to answer machine. He was very professional and gave a quote straight away which I was happy with. The next day he was delayed so couldn't turn up at the agreed time but kept in touch with me so that I knew when to expect him. On arrival he inspected the carpets and decided on the best chemicals to use and got to work. A couple of hours later the carpets were clean and the flat smelt fresher. I would certainly use him again.”

We had a tenancy changeover to do at one of our apartments (a 2-bedroom) and the previous tenants left it in such a state, with a lot of staining and mess across all the carpeted areas, including two sets of stairs.
