   Booked to have my carpet cleaned as my dog hurt her paw and there was blood on different area's of the carpet. I did explain the problem and was assured they had delt with blood issues before. Well the carpet took 3 day's to dry and the blood and other area's looked no different. I emailed and complained, was offered for them to clean again but I had no confidence in their ability to do a good job. I asked for a refund of the £112 but was told they don't offer refunds. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

   Absolutely brilliant service as always from ServiceMaster Clean. I have had my carpets done by them for years and they never fail to do a fantastic job with the least fuss and complete professionalism. Always turn up on time and do a swift and yet perfect job with the best results. We have used them for regular maintenance cleans and also specific spills - always a great job - highly recommended.

The technician was very professional and left the furniture protected with pads after the cleaning was done. We have used Servicemaster for some years now.    We have been using Service Master for many years to restore and rejuvenate our carpets. On moving in nearly 20 years ago we laid new carpets in the sitting room and main bedroom. The choice of the sitting room carpet was perhaps not the most sensible as it was a pale oatmeal colour,. Over the years muddy feet, muddier dogs, red wine catastrophes and general traffic have taken their toll. A year or two of general wear, followed by Christmas celebrations, means its time to call in the experts. A visit from Service Masters courteous and highly experienced technicians always works the miracle. We never cease to be amazed at what they can do. I think perhaps we are due a another visit shortly.

   We are so pleased with our sofa and chairs now they have been cleaned. The man who came was very helpful and did a great job. No mess at all. He took just under 2 hours and explained carefully what he was doing and how to ensure the cushions dried properly. He also advised on cleaning the arm covers for the chairs by washing them on a delicate wash which worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend Servicemaster to my friends.
