Used to be a great business, but now found that it’s all about disclaimers and charging more money. Every item at owner’s risk. Tried to charge extra for a dress on another occasion due to the label/ it was a plain black shift dress. Sort of the point of dry cleaning that they know how to clean items ! God forbid it was a wedding dress
First time customer, good customer service but unfortunately my coat's buttons has been damaged. It has scratches and the coat has not been thoroughly cleaned.
Above and beyond . Came down from Yorkshire for a funeral. Noticed my suit jacket had stain on it so with a couple of days to spare took it to this place. 20 minutes later received a call saying the trousers didn't match jacket . Luckily had trousers on differen hangar but I'd they hadn't taken tome to spot mistake and contact me I would have been stuck . Thankyou

They offer quality workmanship! I have used them for going on 7 years. They’ve never disappoint; even offered a pickup and drop off service when our car was in garage and I needed new curtains shortened then pressed. Superb results, professional company. I have an expensive goose down jacket which I thought I had ruined, by washing at home. The folks at Regency had a go and the jacket came back like new. Definitely recommended. We have several dry cleaners closer to home but I’ll drive across town to come here in future.
I was looking for a professional laundry service to launder my goose down duvet and I am so glad I chose Regency. They picked it up and delivered it back the very next day, in an appropriate duvet carrying case. My duvet is like new. I would definitely recommend their services.
We use Regency Dry Cleaners regularly and are consistently pleased with the quality of the cleaning. From everyday clothing and suits to designer dresses everything comes back beautifully cleaned. They even got a difficult wine stain out of a bespoke designer dress. Household items like comforters and quilts are done really well too. This is the only dry cleaner in the area I will use. Highly recommended.
