   This is hands down the best service I have ever had. Polite, friendly, experienced and insightful, offering suggestions and their methods on how they'd approach the clean so I knew what to expect. They hold items for up to 3 months and on 2 occasions I have forgotten to pick it up for a couple months and then, when entering the store, have been met with a friendly face and remember who I am despite the time passed. Always a good job, very affordable and just a nice group of people. Well recommended.

   Not a great experience with this company. Week on week they increased the amount without checking with me, plus they constantly miss my delivery and mix up the dates. They don’t weigh accurately and one time they didn’t even bother to wash a bag of my clothes and just put them in the tumble dryer! Have made repeat calls to them to sort out delivery dates - but I just got back to a missed delivery card yet again for the wrong day!

I found this amazing company via search engine and I was absolutely blown away. From the most amazing phone assistance from Sammy, to super fast collection and delivery, incredible staff and my laundry superbly done. The most awesome company, people and service at a great cost. Truly the laundry world's magical fairy.
