Had to get a last minute tool hire from Brandon Hire Station and was not disappointed. Very fair and reasonable pricing also simple, quick and easy process. Very simple return and great help and advice from the guys inside the place as well!
Very disappointed as all the reviews were good before trying this company, the machine we got was missing a part, called and had to go back and given a wrong bit again. Upon returning the machine the manager only said they apologize, no accountability on my time and a day's work I had missed and their team failing to give the proper equipment twice.
I had hired a petrol trimmer for the day. The booking process was very easy to complete, with the necessary follow up information immediately arriving via text and email. I had to change the date of hire, which was easily done by calling customer service who were very helpful and efficient am in changing the date, which was quickly confirmed via text. When pick up the hedge trimmer, everyone at the Richfield Avenue branch, Reading delivered excellent customer service. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. The trimmer was easy to operate and did an excellent at cutting through and tidying up a very overgrown hedge. Excellent all around, hire from here, you will be pleased you did! Fantastic customer service from everyone here. Clive, Daniel, Alan to name just three have been exceptional whenever I have needed to hire from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but when an issue does arise (such as needing to rearrange delivery/pickup) remedy is painless and quick (unlike other experiences I have had with other hire companies). All this and their hire prices are the best I have found anywhere. Honestly, hire from here you will be pleased you did.
Absolute heroes - we got completely screwed over by HSS (useless, never go there!) when hiring a floor sander, and these guys came to our rescue. If you call up the Reading branch and get a guy with a strong Scottish accent, it means you’re in great hands as you’ve got Clive, who sorted us out and got everything ready for us. Turns out it happens all the time! Next time I’m going straight to Brandon Tool Hire as these guys are ace (also cheaper than HSS!) Would give 10 stars if I could
Had an issue with "national tool hire" who use Brandon hire station, who messed up my order. Daniel who served me today was extra helpful and went out of his way to help me and managed to sort the mess out that national tool hire had done. Very friendly, helpful and excellent customer service to Daniel. Next time I will definitely go straight to Brandon hire station for equipment.
Have used Brandons before. So hired a floor sander and edger Friday to Monday morning. Friday floor sander was not sucking up dust .Had to take that back and have it changed. Saturday the edger wasn't working properly had to take back that. No questions asked changed the machines. Monday phoned to say I was behind on the jobs no problemat all bring the machines back Tuesday when you've caught up. From a customer service point of view excellent. From a machine maintenance point of view not so good this time round.
Really good service. The couple of minor issues were quickly sorted and nothing was too much trouble...thanks to all the team...
