I used TF Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a one bedroom flat. Thiago answered the phone which was a good start as most of the ones that I called went to answer machine. He was very professional and gave a quote straight away which I was happy with. The next day he was delayed so couldn't turn up at the agreed time but kept in touch with me so that I knew when to expect him. On arrival he inspected the carpets and decided on the best chemicals to use and got to work. A couple of hours later the carpets were clean and the flat smelt fresher. I would certainly use him again.

Wow! 5 stars we have used this amazing carpet cleaning many times 1st full carpet clean upstairs inc stairs and wow what an amazing transformation looked brand new and smell was great and last ages, we then used these guys again for cleaning our caravan mattress and yet again saved us so much money as it come out brand new!! Thiago and his wife did a fantastic job of cleaning our mattress. Communication was great and they were able to accommodate coming the same day. Good value for money will definitely be using again in the future.
I contacted Flavia after seeing his services advertised on Spotted Tadley. He was very responsive to WhatsApp messages, sent through a quote very quickly and pictures of his previous work He juggled appointments around and did our clean on a Saturday which suited us perfectly. We were going out for the day so left Flavia to do his thing and lock up when he was done Flavia cleaned 3 sofas, 4 bedrooms, lounge and stairs/landing. The finish was excellent (some of the carpets and a sofa are quite old, we also have 2 dogs and a toddler) and the whole house smells great. The quote was very reasonable for the work undertaken. I would recommend TF carpet cleaning, and will be using them again. We have not had a carpet/upholstery clean done before- but will be doing this at least once a year in future
