    Charged £32 to shorten two arms and two legs on a thin cotton pair of pyjamas. They are now the most expensive pair of pyjamas ever. Shall not be going back for alterations as this price is unbelievable. They never told me the price when I dropped them in either. You learn out the hard way so anyone else wanting alterations go elsewhere. AVOID

    Amazing service and even able to get an express delivery for last minute items before a holiday, friendly staff always able to help me in my time of need. I have been using them for 5 years regularly and only ever had one issue with one suit. It was relatively new which they replaced with a brand new one from Hugo boss with proof of receipt which wasn't cheap!! Highly recommended this establishment as they have never let me down.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Dropped a duvet in for cleaning. Went to pick it up and they've lost it. It's almost new and they want to pay 70%. So I'm left with having to buy another duvet. Phone number on website is not working. Laughed at me when I expressed annoyance then hung up the phone. Noticed a similar review from another customer. Smells of a possible scam.

The great thing for us as well is that they are able to carry out any necessary repairs that we want done in the shop so all in all a great one stop shop. Give them a go with your items or if you just want an item of clothing adjusted take it along.
