βLast summer Russell came to investigate a potential leak and a chemical imbalance with the pool. He took a lot of time to test areas for the leek, resolved it and changed the sand in the filter. The results have been great. The best impact was opening the pool this year it was clear and water level had not changed. A great relief and no more throwing chemicals at the problem. A great job well done. He was also able to source an electrician to change the timerβ
βGreat bunch of guys who really know their stuff!!β
βThis is now our third project with Martin at Berkshire Kitchens over the last 9 years. As always, great advice, meticulous planning, an extremely professional team with very high standards.β
βThe team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it's delightful to work with them.β
βHad some kitchen cupboards fixed. Very happy with the work that was done and will definitely recommend.β
βI am very happy with the service. They helped me for flooring and carpenter jobs. Good price and quality service. Thanks.β
βVery impressed with Oka from the time of making my original purchase all the way through to their delivery service. The white glove delivery service were awesome! Nothing was an effort! Outstanding service by everyone we dealt with.β
βSuperb - Alex cleaned our very dirty indian sandstone paved patio and did a fantastic job, it now looks brand new. Competitively priced, very professional and timely. Highly recommend.β
βHelpful and kind business owner. Sold us good quality wood at a reasonable priceβ
βLocal gem with bits and pieces you just won't find anywhere else. Friendly welcome and service with a smile!β
βWe had a partial bathroom refurbishment and are very happy with the service provided and the result. Gary (the owner) provided a design plan at the beginning and a list of product info attached to the quote, which was very helpful to make a decision; he agreed to do a partial bathroom revamp to meet our budget needs. We had a brand new bath, digital shower and waterproof panels installed, and are very happy with the quality and excellent finish. Gary and his team did a great job from start to finish, and we cannot wait to have the rest of the bathroom revamped in the near future!β
βAfter using Howdens for a kitchen I would recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen or joinery items . Any problems are rectified immediately and the customer service is outstanding 10/10β
βGood attention to detail and customer orientated so easy to talk to. Both servicing and repair quality have been good to date on our reasonably large industrial site. A knowledgeable team working to a competitive price. Office staff and engineers are all friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend RS.β
βWickes in Winnersh has to the best building supplies shop in Berkshire. Helpful staff and consistent availability of supplies. It is hard to understand this when Wickes Bracknell is one of the worst and a complete shambles.β
βThis company went above and beyond to help with a matter that had nothing at all to do with them. If this is an example of their customer service I cannot recommend them highly enough.β
βI waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.β
βAfter much research I decided I should sign up and join a gym for strength training. I never thought in the past it was for me! I was really impressed with the young staff at the centre, on their communication with other staff on how they relayed the details of membership options.β
βA massive Alladins cave of building materials and accessories. I found a wide selection of small sampler pots of paint, although conversely, they all appeared to be an arrow spectrum of the same soft brown shades. Having worked in the manufacturing side of building materials, I always like to look at the range of goods on offer.β
βWe visited Bracknell Leisure Centre to attend a model railway exhibition, namely on 10 May 2025. The place was quite crowded and at first, some people were apprehensive about where precisely they should queue. Although it was vaguely clear, a few more signs may have resulted in a lower level of ambiguity. ***The Cafe Was Absolute Lovely Mainly Because of The Members of Staff.*** The two women at the cafe were just lovely. They were so polite and both of them had a great sense of humour. The only issue that I have is some of the prices were quite high. I also noticed several people just leaving their rubbish on the table, which I find rude and insulting. People should take the time to clear up their mess. This is why there are rubbish bins. For example, most people clear away the rubbish when they leave a train because it is the right thing to do. It is about etiquette and the members of this team work hard. If you read this, I hope that you agree. We met some of the team yesterday and from the amount of visitors who were in attendance, it is clear that they work exceptionally hard. Thank you to the people who work at this cafe.β
