After using Howdens for a kitchen I would recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen or joinery items . Any problems are rectified immediately and the customer service is outstanding 10/10
Used Howdens Hook. All smiles and customer service, until you pay them... after that the aftersales service is appalling. Go elsewhere.
Awful customer service from Emilie, was insistent on us chasing our builder and trying to get us to pay a deposit until I had asked for an itemised invoice to compare elsewhere; she then proceeded to ignore my husband and I for just shy of two weeks and then called dropping the price, and offering to cancel our appointment with another office as she had “spent so much time on our dream kitchen” so she could win our sale. Would avoid using the hook office however Basingstoke and Aldershot have been more helpful.
