   I can't thank the team at Kitchen Creators enough for the amazing job they did refitting my kitchen and bathroom. I found Kitchen Creators online and what appealed to me was that they are a small team, working for a similar company myself I hoped this would mean they really care about what they do rather than me just being another job on their system and I am pleased so say I was right. Jason designed my kitchen and Jo designed my bathroom and what I really appreciated was not only did they come up with a design that looked great and included all of the finishes I wanted, they listened to what I asked for and made sure they functioned how I wanted too. I wanted to find a company who would manage everything for me and they did just that, the team of tradesmen they use couldn't have been better, they all really care about the work and the level of finish they produce and I really appreciated their attention to detail, they were in constant contact with me asking if I was happy with what they were doing or making suggestions they felt would look or function better. They discovered a leak in the bathroom when it was being ripped out which meant the floor was soaked and needed time to dry out, but everyone worked together to get this resolved for me asap so we could get things on track and get the job finished.

   We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kitchen Creators. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly tailored to our needs. We love cooking and baking, and they helped us design a kitchen that not only looks beautiful but also works brilliantly for how we use it. Jason and Claire took the time to understand what mattered most to us, from making the most of cashback offers and guiding us through the claim, to ensuring we didn’t waste our marble kitchen top. Every detail was considered, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Conan, our fitter, who was simply outstanding. He arrived on time every day and didn’t leave until each part of the job was completed to the highest standard. He went above and beyond... even helping us fit a washing line in the garden during one of his breaks! Each evening, we were left with fully working facilities, so we were never stuck living off microwave meals or takeaways, which made such a difference. We also did our homework and compared quotes from two other independent kitchen companies. Kitchen Creators were consistently the most competitive, yet the quality of service was exceptional. For our very first big home renovation, they delivered a flawless experience. We were so impressed that we’ve already gone back to them for help designing our office/living space and will almost certainly return again when it’s time to update our bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen Creators really do have an incredible team, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

   Kitchen Creators were recommended to me and I am so happy that they were. I would highly recommend using them too. The design and support of the whole team from Jason and Claire to Louise and all of the building team, electricians, flooring and the kitchen fitter were second to none. All of the work has been completed to the highest standard and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process as I was at work for the majority of the work being carried out and I felt happy to have the team working in my home whilst I was out. My new kitchen looks fabulous, I have everything that was on my wish list and a few additions that I hadn’t realised I wanted or needed to make it a fabulous and practical kitchen that I will get many years of use from. A very happy customer.

   Fantastic! These guys will make sure your project is a success! Over the autumn of 2024 Kitchen creators have installed a brilliant kitchen for us. We worked with Jason to design it and his input was invaluable. Worked to give us a co.petitive price (particularly on the appliances.) We had some issues during the install, a couple of things went wrong (incorrectly ordered parts, or missing items) but KC managed them well and didn't shirk from their responsibility. The whole team worked to get the project over the line and we are delighted with the finished product and the service provided. Would highly recommend and whilst I don't intend to get another new kitchen any time soon, I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

   A lot of thought went into our kitchen refurbishment before and over the COVID period so there was only ever one Kitchen company I was going to use and that was Kitchen Creators. Owned by Jason and Claire, I have never worked with a company that is so professional and accommodating. Right from the start, Jason came to our home and designed our kitchen. This involved some building works, movement of doors and windows and internal restructure to get the look we wanted. The design drawings were life like and he spent time adjusting until it was nothing less than perfect. Once the building works started Kym and Tim (the builders) were precise and extremely tidy. They were at our house early and worked so hard into the evening some days. Then Conan (the kitchen fitter) worked his magic fitting the bespoke kitchen of our dreams. Not forgetting the plasterers, electricians, plumbers and floor experts all incorporated very carefully and time managed by Claire. Claire kept us up to date regularly what was going on when and Jason was on site regularly to check progress. To that end, I cannot express enough how I will be recommending Jason and Claire and how they have created what cannot be explained in any other word than PERFECTION.

   Kitchen Creators were recommended to us by neighbours and we were able to see their workmanship first hand both in a working kitchen and at their shop. We had no fixed ideas other than to use our available space more efficiently and Gary’s design achieved our objectives. He was also able advise us on various matters including the choice of appliances, lighting, worktops and flooring available. The whole team were excellent throughout from design through to final fitting and the manufacturing quality of the units and cupboards is superb. Overall, we are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Kitchen Creators. They had to contend with some supply chain difficulties soon after the removal of lockdown restrictions and kept us in the picture on any delivery pressures that arose. We would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Kitchen Creators to create your perfect kitchen. We are extremely happy with ours. Many thanks to you all!!

   Super helpful from start to finish! We were initially going to go for a cheaper alternative, but you were left with very little help & felt that there were so many unanswered questions that I knew it would end badly. Instead we opted for Kitchen Creators as we were so impressed with the amount of care & attention to detail that went into planning the kitchen (even down to where pipes were, finishes etc) & the quality of the products, that it was an easy decision to invest a little more to have a kitchen that would last for so much longer. The kitchen fit went smoothly & kitchen creators were available to answer any questions along the way. Overall we’re extremely happy with our new kitchen, ready in time for Christmas! And would like to thank the team for all their help. Would highly recommend.

   The journey from our vision to completion was such a great experience working with Jason and Clare together with Kim and Tim who carried out all the building works and installation of the kitchen. With their support and guidance we ended up with our dream kitchen. They understood my vision, were not pushy and worked with me to bring my dream kitchen to fruition within the budget I specified at the outset. They were prompt, reliable, true experts in their field and overall better value than any of the other suppliers I had approached. The quality of the units is first class and I could not recommend these guys highly enough!
