Very impressed with Oka from the time of making my original purchase all the way through to their delivery service. The white glove delivery service were awesome! Nothing was an effort! Outstanding service by everyone we dealt with.

Almost comical. Shocking quality for the price. Staff were cold and condescending when we walked in. My favourite is a £2800 drinks cabinet made from too much veneer with cheap kitchen cabinet hinges on a cheap powder coated stand. We apparently are not worthy enough to even be in the shop. Would it surprise you if I told you it was empty. This business has to be a front or a hobby. I’m mystified how it is still trading. Will continue with Heal’s and Conran shop.
Good range of items and friendly helpful staff
Service is pretty terrible and they really struggle to know their stock, if its in, if not can it be ordered. Much room for improvement.
Lovely shop - beautiful settings to give you inspiration and nothing is too expensive. Plenty of reasonably priced accessories - I particularly like their large table lamps. They manage to mix traditional items with contemporary items to give a modern feel that is also cosy - if you know what I mean!
